Want to be inspired and achieve your goals? Get this book! Other books I've read on the topic may just say you need to do x, x and x, to improve your life and achieve your goals, Heather's book explains practical concepts and then provides real life personal stories of individuals living bravely and how the concepts impacted them and their journey. I also really appreciated the reality of the book...that not everything is going to be sunshine and rainbows 🌈 but give yourself grace and leverage your habits to get back on track. If you want a good read that is sure to inspire you and help you achieve your goals and improve your life overall, grab your copy!

Such a good book. Inspiring and easy to implement. I love how she teaches you by sharing her own story and the Brave Spotlights of her coaching clients and podcast guests. There are actionable items throughout that help you to begin to use the elements of the Brave Method. Best of all Heather isn't writing this book because she is perfect, she is writing it to invite us to join her on the Brave Method journey as we all learn and grow together.

This gender of book is not my favorite, however I decided to give it a try and here are my thoughts about it:
• The reading is easy and I could advance relatively fast, however I was about to give up on this book because of the Introduction. The thing is that the author tells us about personal experiencies mostly as a mom, which is great because it gives a background about the inspiration for the book; however, I didn’t feel identified and even thought that it may be a book directed mostly to women who are moms. I was wrong, there are different points of view for all kinds of people.
• Loved the idea of presenting the content of the book as a method, not just ideas or theory, but a structured method backed up with several real-life experiences. However, there´s a point where it seemed to me that there were more testimonies than content about the method itself.
• I understand that there are some authors, clients, or famous people who served as inspiration for the content of the book, but I would have preferred reading about them a little less here, after all I´m here for the Brave method.
• I read the book in my kindle and had several issues with the subtitles, titles and visual characteristics in general that seemed not to be in the right place. Is it just me?

At the end, great work with the brave method, found it really complete and nourishing for someone who really wants to evaluate all aspects of his/her life, and I read it just in time for the ending of the year, method totally recommended.

In this compelling and engaging book, Heather Vickery takes the reader on a BRAVE journey to living an authentic life. One of the great strengths of this book is Heather writes from a place of knowing what it is like to be living a life that isn't authentic to living an authentic life. I enjoyed learning more about the steps Heather has taken and now takes her coaching clients on to living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

My only frustration with the book was that it has an unusual organization that I found challenging. The content and the engaging real-life examples more than made up for that frustration.

I encourage everyone wanting more out of life to get a copy of this book and to use it is a field guide.

It is a nice book about bravery, and how to be brave. It was a little too long for the message it had. At certain points in the book, it felt so redundant, especially the introduction. It kept repeating over and over and over again the same thing. However, the book has interesting tips on how to transform your life.
The author uses several information from different and previous sources and implements them in becoming brave.
I also loved the fact that BRAVE was an acronym, while at the same time being an actual word. I love me some word play 😅
Generally, I guess I need to listen to the podcast along side the book to get the full benefit of the book.

Honest, direct messaging that really makes a difference!

Heather’s BRAVE Method has really made a significant difference in my life by helping me face head-on areas that make me uncomfortable including managing a team, providing feedback, and networking. In addition, it’s helped me improve on certain skills including managing stress, keeping organized, and making the best use of my time. In just a short amount of time, I was able to see substantial improvements in both my personal and professional life. The book feels as if Heather is speaking to you directly and empowering you to make change. I am excited to see how I can continue using this book to better my everyday life.

Reading F*ck Fearless can change your life! It has changed mine. It’s too often we allow ourselves to get caught up in the noise of our own fears, but this book - teaches a new methodology to keep going regardless of how scared you may be! If you’re looking for a way to reframe your thoughts to get beyond your ruts, or if you’re looking to be encouraged by many brave stories - this book is for you!

Heather's book is one of those staples that is going to remain on my bookshelf - and be gifted to a fair few others this Christmas - for the foreseeable.

Yes, some of the concepts make you think *well, duh* but it's funny how practical skills in life are often so clearly forgotten (or unpracticed) until they are written out in black and white in front of you. I, for one, was convinced I knew what my values were until one of Heather's chapters forced me to confront that I in fact did not have a clue how to verbalise them. Which is why I make the claim that this book SHOULD be a staple all of us return time and time again to as we learn and grow in life.

Heather does a wonderful combination of not only reminding you of these skills, but applying them and sharing other stories of inspiration (along with her own) as you move through the work. I ADORE this book. 100% recommend.
