I was going through a breakup that had close to zero boundaries and this workbook helped me tremendously. I still use and think about a lot of the exercises / what they made me uncover about the truths of my relationship that I didn’t want to admit. It also helped me make efforts to grow closer to my speed dial family members and friendships.
