The beginning of this book is filled with some great anti-inflammation information. It’s a great start for anyone searching for place to start. Sadly, I’m not a vegetable person so a lot of the recipes aren’t for us. I just can’t do the plant based diet. If you can, then this cookbook should be a great place to start.
