This book is a pretty detailed look at American whiskey through 2019. The book is up-to-date enough to discuss the death of Dave Pickerell. The books covers a ton of ground, but can’t cover everything... seeing as how it would apparently take a book double this page count to do so. The only knock I have on it is that it did not address O.Z. Tyler Distillery in Owensboro, KY. As a member of the “big boy” Kentucky Bourbon Trail that produces 90,000 barrels per year, they should have been included.

Great book!
