Part of Ready-to-Read.com series. Even though it doesn't focus on one letter sound, it includes a list of word families, sight words, and bonus (special) words at the beginning.

A humorous fast paced story that is sure to delight early readers. Easy words, fun rhymes, and a lesson on how to stay calm by counting to ten all make for an exciting adventure. The two main characters Ziggy and Zak are fun and engaging. Energetic ink and watercolor illustrations clearly reveal the emotions of the characters. Highly recommended!

It's so exciting to put a very first book on my shelf. And I think it is a great book to start reading.
