Imagine waking to a world where every last human has been mysteriously turned to stone...
Senku is back in action, and his revival leads to the Kingdom of Science’s triumphant return. However, the process has revealed a startling secret about the petrification phenomenon—one that represents a forbidden fruit for humanity! He is a mangaka from Tokyo, Japan. He debuted in October 2001 with Nandodemo Roku Gatsu Jū San Hi, and also wrote for the magazine Square Freeze and Love Love Santa, published in November 2001 and in February 2002 respectively. He later moved to Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump, in wich he won the 7th "Story King" section in the same year.
Okay, calm the f down, they're just building a computer... in the stone age!! I mean, up to this point nothing surprises me anymore. Sure.
Gosh, I love every damned thing about this volume!! Xeno joined the party, they made a rocket and therefore an upgraded superfly Perseus. They went to Barcelona and India!! And there's a fricken new character—Ryusui older brother, Sai Nanami!! And Xeno finally joined the crew!!!
I am so happy that the whole team was revived and I am so ready for them to get on the moon and get answers from why man. The fact that everyone is not basically immortal is insane. Hopefully it doesn’t bring problems in the future. Also love Sai. Another brainiac and he is related to Ryusui? LOVE LOVE LOVE. Also the fact that they are now making a COMPUTER?!?? INSANITY
This one was pretty fun. A lot of good Ryusui moments here (especially the bit where he and Francois are losing their shit over olive oil). I’m liking Sai so far. Idk what else to say, but it was fun (kind of sucks how some of my favorite characters split off from the main cast though, but it’s not a big deal).
Ah, back to having plain stupid fun! I mean that with all affection, by the way. I love the volumes that are all about progress, pushing forward, and chasing their goals right to the finish line. Plus, I'm just a sucker for the comedy parts more than I am for the action-filled drama.
i like how everyone is a freak (a genius in something) and they keep on reviving hot people LIKE BRO are we only building a civilization of pretty people? not that i'm complaining
All the big battling has stopped and back to globe trotting, and I'm all for it, I love both aspects of this series! I'm never surprised at what senku has in store as his next build
The first few chapters were amazing. Suika is able to revive Senku after many years of working as a scientist. The parallels between Suika and Senku were great and reminded me of the beginning of the series and how far we have come. The fact that the petri device can bring back the dead is finally revealed, but we already knew it as the reader. The crew finally turns their attention to the mysterious Whyman and tries to build a rocket to the Moon. I'm really enjoying this new arc so far. Also, Sai's introduction was nice and he is a good addition to the crew.
We are going to go to India! And establish a city of math! And recruit a genius computer programmer! Who knows how to play video games! And he is going to pose like Hindu statues! Because stereotypes are fun!

POPKulturowy Kociołek: Po siedmiu latach Suiki udaje się przywrócić do życia Senku. Geniusz szybko przystępuje do pracy i w zaledwie kilka dni ożywia swoich towarzyszy. Wszystkim im przyświeca jednak jeden cel: ocalenie świata i zmiana przyszłości.
Kolejne strony to nowe szalone pomysły i nowe powstające wynalazki.
Another great volume and it was so great to get everyone back after the events of vol 22... But...I spent a lot of this volume feeling like those several panels of Chrome where he was sad, or crying but not entirely sure why. Everything seems so much bigger for our heroes now. The stakes are higher and they're getting so close to achieving their goals...but I really miss the good old days where the big project was making ramen or crafting katana. Rocket engines and computers?! It's kinda overwhelming. That said though, I adore Sai. He's such a sweetie. And super genius math prodigy thing aside...I relate to him a lot. On to volume 24!
4/5 A much calmer volume after the events in 22. Seven years have passed and now the gang is setting up their cities and splitting into teams to more efficiently take on the obstacles ahead of them. A more light hearted romp but still fun as we close in on the end.
Xeno and Stanley are married and YOU CAN NOT TELL ME OTHERWISE!!! Xeno literally abandoned all his evil schemes just for the posibility of reviving Stanley and securing his freedom in the future. THEYRE HUSBANDS, YOUR HONOR.
