Great Resource for Hiring Managers and Recruiters!
As a hiring manager who has reviewed thousands of resumes and conducted hundreds of interviews, I really appreciate the candor and perspective Amy Miller brings to her role as a recruiter. She does an excellent job walking through the layers of communication and expectation-setting necessary for a highly productive recruiter/hiring manager relationship. For any new hiring manager (or for anyone who wants to make consistently better hires), I highly recommend this book!
