This is a great devotional for anyone, and I do mean anyone. We all suffer from stress and anxiety at some point and in this book Holley shares with us great ways to help with our anxiety. Through showing us God's love and understanding, that even when we go through hard times He is right there beside us.
It doesn't matter if your going through everyday stress, stress of a job, stress over health, safety for family and friends. Holley goes through a lot of different anxious moment we might face and better ways we can try to ease our anxious moments through meditating in God's Word and spending time with Him.

Cute little book. As someone with major anxiety- the last thing I need is a complicated self help book. So I really like the format of each day’s guide, short & simple.
Wow! This book was fabulous! It's filled with spiritual encouragement, empathy, and practical tips and tools to help with anxiety. Even though I already knew a lot about anxiety and tips to help, I learned several new things from this book. I also liked that the chapters were ordered by going through the Bible from beginning to end, sharing a story or Scripture for each chapter. It helps the reader see how God has truth and grace to help us throughout the whole Bible, not just the most quoted parts. If you or someone you know deals with anxiety, I highly recommend this book! You'll be encouraged, equipped, and inspired by reading this!
Absolutely everyone has anxiety at some point!! It’s how we respond when we are, who we turn to, and what we do in our anxiety that makes all the difference! This book takes a practical view on that anxiety and some steps you can try out for yourself that can hopefully help you give yourself the best possible outcome in your anxiety and in overcoming it. The best reminder is that you are not alone!
This is one of the most helpful & hopeful books on dealing w anxiety from a Christian standpoint. I learned so much & will be using this as a resource & a repeat devotional in my walk. I’ve read several of Holley’s books before and they are all wonderful! This one is no different. Anxiety is such a relatable emotion and experience these days, so I really appreciate finding a book that helps me find ways to be calmer and more peaceful. As a Christian, this really resonates on a spiritual level and reminds me to keep my focus on what matters most. Highly recommend this book!

These 60 days of devotions are wonderful. The author offers valuable insight into her own struggles with anxiety. She also provides helpful scriptures, prayers and practical tips that very helpful. There are also questions to ask for self-reflection. I was very impressed by how thorough and relatable this book was. It is a book I would gladly recommend to any Christian struggling with anxiety.
This was one of the best reads of the year for me. Holley always presents a perfect balance of Scripture and psychology for those who struggle with anxiety, but even on the days I wasn't feeling so anxious, the wisdom in this book was eye-opening.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure about this book. It was given to me as a gift, and the corny title threw me off. But, I was genuinely surprised by the biblical truths and practical tips this author gives the readers. I loved how she incorporated scripture and biblical figures to enhance each devotional. You can tell this was written by someone who has battled anxiety firsthand too.
