Everything about tomatoes 🍅 including a very complete gardening section for the cultivation BY VARIETY (!!) of tomatoes including maturation sizes which makes this easily THE BEST book for anyone growing tomatoes. Unfortunately the recipes are either useless or outstanding ... the tomato ketchup recipe the best I have ever made.

We bought this at B&N because Mulzer was going through a tomato obsession last summer. Lots of great pictures, but not a lot of great recipies. I suppose it is what it is - nothing but tomatoes - but I can't get too excited about a cookbook I never use.
