Eternity: Our Next Billion Years

Rate this book
It has become received wisdom that our world is doomed. Mike Hanlon believes that not only is humankind not doomed, but that we may be around for millions, if not hundreds of millions of years. Humans will survive. Our future is in many ways bizarre, surreal and sometimes depressing - but it will still be our world, populated by us.

Some great guess work some good hard science and some interesting ideas. Some of the fictional stories towards the end to help make his point don't always work. But sometimes they do.

I felt this was a bit basic overall, both in it's ideas and their presentation. There were very few references (typically one or two per chapter), and the font was large. Say no more.
