We love this book at my house! It is so fun to even just look through and imagine what to make next. Last thing we made were merengues!

This was my first tea-related book and, and is still the book I go to after years of tea cookbooks and magazines. Cucumber and Dill Hearts, Egg & Sprout Circled, and especially Spicy Chicken Sandwiches are all favorites.

The art of afternoon tea has been lost in this day and age. If you are interested in what goes into an afternoon tea event, this book will give you all the details. There are also some recipes provided.

I've had this book since 2005. But, I've only used it a few times.

It's a basic book, with mostly desserts. There's not a lot of variation here.

Some of the interesting recipes were: Cumberland Rum Butter, Tennis Cup and Summer Tea Cup teas, Lemon Crunch Cake and Parmesan Beignets.
