Julian & Anna have quite the history! He left to become a famous racecar driver, chasing his dreams. He wanted Anna to come with him, but she knew that life wouldn't be good for her. Still, she wanted him to achieve his dream.
When he returns home, he's in for quite a shock!
I loved this couple - their love for one another never waned, and even when Julian gets the shock of his life, I was mostly good with the way he handled it. You can feel their love for one another throughout the story! Anna is such a great heroine, too! I admired the way she handled a few situations (which I don't want to expand on bc spoilers!). ❤️
There were a couple rough spots, but overall this is full of steamy, bantering, feel-good fun!

This is a wonderful second chance love story. I adore small town romances with a bit of suspense.
Annagayle has done an amazing job raising her son but is keeping a big secret.
Julian returns home to mourn his father and realizes what he’s missed out on over the last several years. He’s been focusing on his racing career not aware of what was happening in his hometown.
The attraction for one another has not wavered over the years but they have some hurdles to overcome. Julian and Annagayle’s story is filled with love, forgiveness and new beginnings.

This is book #1 in the Silverbell Shore. Annagayle gave Ace up so he could go after his
dream of becoming a race car driver. She knew he would give it all up for her. Annagayle worries about what will happen when Ace comes home for his father's funeral. Secrets don't always stay secrets for long. I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

This was a wonderful second chance romance. It was very sweet and steamy, with some surprise drama thrown in towards the end that I didn't see coming.
I really enjoyed the storyline and loved the characters. It was a quick read that had me rooting for Ace and Anna to get their happily ever after.

I loved Julien and Anna! They have quit the past and a huge secret standing between us but their path to forever is definitely worth it! Sweet little Ben is the adorable cherry on top. If you enjoy second chance romances with a secret baby thrown in… definitely pick this up when it releases!

I really LOVED Binding Ties with all its emotional goodness, and I really want more to be honest LOL! Annagayle & Julian were together when they were younger, but she let him go to follow his dreams, and man I really wanted to hug her (and no she doesn't sit around feeling sorry for herself). Things take off when Julian comes to bury his father, and he's in for the shock of his life. There's no doubt the chemistry & connection is still there but there's a lot to unpack since Annagayle's secret has the power to destroy anything left. I have to admit that I was on the edge of my seat as I definitely struggle with forgiving other people, so while I loved some Annagayle, I was conflicted about this secret. Will Julian forgive her for a second chance at love?! Well, I'll never tell but know this, there's magic at Silverbell Shore so maybe just maybe these two finally get their happily ever after! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Zoey Drake is a new author to me and I am surprised that I have not come across her books before. Binding Ties was an entertaining read that was romantic and at times emotional.
Annagayle (Anna) and Julian have history and to make a future together they will both need to come to terms with the past first. Julian has finally returned home after 6 years on the world Indy Car Circuit after the death of his father.
What will happen when Julian learns the secret that Anna has been keeping from him. Will he be able to forgive her ? The chemistry that once sizzled between them is just as intense as it once was but can they re build the trust between them?
Binding Ties is a story of love, and forgiveness, it is steamy and emotional and ticked a number of boxes for me. It is obvious that these two still have strong feelings for one another but is it enough to overcome the past? One click and find out.

I haven’t read anything by Zoey Drake but after reading Annagayle (Anna) and Julian’s second chance at love in Binding Ties that’s about to change. Their journey ticked my boxes and I’m excited to check out other works by this talented author.

Adorably sweet, suspenseful, and will leave you grinning!
This story had me swooning the entire way through!
Yes, what Julian comes home to is tough and difficult, but he's a stand up guy who only wants to do right by the love of his life. Anna regrets her actions and tries her best to make it up to him without making a mess of the life she's worked so hard to develop for her son and herself. It's not an easy place to be in for either of them, but they find a way to make it work.
Their love is one that everyone wants to have, someone who never give up on you, even when you're miles apart and living different lives. It's a true love that tugs at the heart, and the added love for their child is beautiful. Definitely a sweet, heartwarming love story to cleanse the palate!

This was such a sweet story and I loved it. Small town romance about Annagayle Rafferty who six years ago sent the love of her life Julian McCormick off to follow his dream racing Indy cars. Now Julian is back to bury his father Luke and run his dad's auto shop which was his father's legacy. Little does he know that a little boy named Benjamin is going to turn his world upside down. In silver bell shores anything can happen. I love this story and never wanted it to end, such an amazing story with heart endearing characters. Ben stole my heart he was such a sweet little boy and the way Annagayle loved not only Ben but every person in her life she is such a sweet character.

A second chance at love for Annagayle and Julian. Secrets were kept so that Julian could follow his dreams. I loved how strong Annagayle was, with the support of family, to raise Ben on her own. She worked hard at being a good mom. The determination Julian showed in overlooking the secrets kept from him showed how mature he had become. He was protective, caring, and a good dad. This was worth the read and I recommend this story.

Anna is a nurse who is a single mom to her son, and Julian left town to pursue racing Indie cars. When Julian’s dad passes away, Anna knows that her secret is going to be revealed when he comes home. This is a well written story which is sweet, and with loss, emotions, secrets, drama, grief, second chances, family, and love, which leads to an entertaining and heartfelt small-town romance.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

So freaking adorable!!! This story was so cute and held my attention from cover to cover. I am always up for a single parent story and this was no different. The story left me satisfied but at the same time, wanting for more.
