We all know that the penis is a sensitive topic for most men. That’s why there are many companies out there with penis enlargement and performance enhancement advice and products, looking to cash in on our insecurities. This book is straightforward. If we all understood the biology behind how the penis works, we would take the necessary steps to maintain our sexual health, and we would enjoy satisfying sex lives without the aid of any of those products.

Penis 101 helps men because in this book, we stick to the fundamentals. We don’t delve into highly technical medical procedures and convoluted explanations – we just focus on what you need to know, and what actions you can take to keep your penis healthy and functional every day.

“As is our confidence, so is our capacity” – William Hazlitt.

In this book, you will
- Why men have difficulty getting it up, and how you can keep that from ever happening to you.
- What pornography does to you and why you probably won’t enjoy being a porn star.
- How to differentiate between real performance enhancers and scam products, and why you might not need any help in the first place.
- The connection between your penis function and your overall health and wellness.
- Why the food you eat might be killing your penis, and what to do about it.

This is the best book I've read about the male organ and covers everything you need to know. Some topics include the truth about size, the anatomy of erections, the dark side of pornography, improving testosterone, and minimizing erectile dysfunction (ED). Also, this read has a second section with helpful exercises to help strengthen and maintain penis longevity. Every guy needs to read this book because it's the real deal.

Outstanding, stand-up book

A straightforward, non-giggly explanation of everything relevant to the organ, how it works, why it doesn't and what to do to treat issues. Well written and edited, an easy read. One star off for not being formatted as a true ebook. The printed pages are simply reproduced, so the font is very small on a smartphone or smaller tablet. Also, while extensively footnoted, a brief rundown of the author's credentials is called for.
