Lindsey grew up being taught the morals of always helping someone in need. The problem is she's not a good judge of character.
Enforcer can't get the crazy woman out of his mind. When he finds her in the last place he ever expects, he promises to give her his protection. When he fails, he loses her.
But there's no way he's going to let her stay away from him for long. He plans to get her home where she belongs— even if he has to hold her against her will until she forgives him. Enforcer won't give up until he has Lindsey's love and forgiveness again.
I gave it only a 2 star rating because while I tried to love the characters together the entire book was just basically about her being told what she is and isn’t going to do even if she’s unhappy and says no but that ok cause she will learn to be happy. The author wrapped up the ending fast for me. One second she’s on her own and he’s in a strip club and sees her then wham she’s forced to go back. The entire book is based on him pushing her away then not letting her go but he is caught twice with women all over him but he “doesn’t notice them” and then at the end he didn’t give her a choice as to wether or not he was taking her “home” with him she had no choice. The entire book she was miserable because of her shitty treatment. The characters had no build up at all. I can’t even call it insta love because that’s not what it felt like either. It was simply she had feelings for him and he didn’t really till the very end and she had to just endure whatever he wanted. These books aren’t on Kindle Unlimited either and so far I’ve bought all 4 thinking that they have potential to get better so I keep reading them and they never do so I doubt I’ll buy and read the next one. The whole time I’m reading it I just feel like the female character is having all her dignity and self worth stripped away. And yes I get it, this is a fictional romance but when you read a book you still feel connected in some type of way and getting that feeling while I’m reading the book is just frustrating. Instead of him being a growly alpha male he’s just an ass and most of the book she was sad or crying. So yeah that’s my honest review. I dunno if I’ll read anything else from this author.
There was no real depth to this short, one-dimensional story. I couldn't even get any true feelings or believe in the couple's love. Each time a drama moment happened, it was over and done with so dang fast. Even the promise of the synopsis didn’t match the story completely. The author had a great story idea that could have been fleshed out better. Overall, I felt let down, a tad deceived, and jipped for paying for an overpriced book.
Enforcer?! Really, that’s his road name? He was also as dumb as a doorknob and pushed her to do shit she really wasn’t comfortable with but she would just cave. 👎
DISCLAIMER.....Let me begin this review by saying I am writing this review with my opinion after reading all of the books in this series. All of my reviews will be the same on all the books because I didn't want to have to write the same thing 9 times so thank God for copy and paste. I spent $36.oo dollars (my fault for not reading the first one before I bought them all) for the series and then not one of the books were over 100 pages. Some were around 80 pages and one was 67 pages. This was a big rip off for my hard earned money. Add to this that the books were the same except the names changes and some even repeated some of the other book chapters as a lead up to the new couple. The women were not what I considered to be true MC women. Too sweet and had no real backbone. They smoked pot to escape and then looked forward to the punishment their "man" would dole out. The men, when the women brought up something or asked about something, were sent to their room so that the men could talk about it and make the call. Also the punishment was the same in EVERY book....a spanking followed by anal sex. NONE of the women had ever had anal sex and yet they loved it the first time out of the gate keeping in mine that supposedly the men were very, very well endowed!! I adore a good raunchy MC series and have read thousands of MC books and let me tell you this author does not have a clue how to write an MC book. I bought and read this series one because I had paid the money and because one of my favorite authors who does know how to write a kicka** MC book and how to write a bada** biker recommend this author. I am afraid she must have been high or drunk or both if she read these books and thought they were any good. Again, I understand that lots will not agree with me seeing that there are some high star ratings. I guess to each their own.
This has suck potential to be a great book but nothing happened. MMC keeps taking off when he’s mad and then gets pissed when FMC leaves. He was fine for a month and a half ( and didn’t realize it,please). FMC leaves cut goes to work in a strip club or something that is close to the MC and does t think they will find her. She gave in way to easy to Enforcer. Also. Why doesn’t he have a name. What is she yelling in bed. Oh Enforcer coming.
The “bad” guys were taken care of off page. No MC drama. FMC sees sluts on MMC and does nothing because he said he didn’t even know they were there and hanging off him.
Such potential. I’m gonna read the next one because I love Crush Hopefully it’s got more action but at 117 pages we will see

Loved the whole story till the end ... None of the women in these books have a backbone at all... She almost gets raped and he flips and leaves her when she needs he most , he's gone for 6 weeks , doesn't call her or talk to her and he expects her to still be there when he gets back .. And then after a week he finds out where she moved to and finds out where she works and it takes him all of 10 min for him to get her to forgive him ...please .. All the men in these books so far screw up and the women that love them have NO back bone
I really enjoy this author and her MC series but these men need to start grovel a little.. he takes his stupidity and selfishness beyond repair… and the lack of grovel makes these heroines look silly… This Hero is colder with her than the other heroes, I suppose that’s why this is my least favorite, still, I’m waiting for Crush… No cheating Good sex scenes
Lily is a bit silly thinking that she could step in and help a guy during a fight but Enforcer is touched that Lindsey cares. When he fails to protect her, he realizes what he almost lost and opens himself up to Lindsey and wants her to be his forever. This was much like the other books in the series, insta love, a bit of MC violence as a continuing story with a rival gang continues.
Fast paced finished in one sitting Lindesy and Enforcer story full of feelings even it was short. Lindesy scaring from rejection and feeling of lonely and being weak. Enforcer scaring of love the first time to find someone trying to protect him. Miscommunication as they don't express their feelings to each other loved
it does not make you morally superior to other women because you don’t have as much sex as them. why the fuck did every single character in this book refer to literally ANY unnamed woman as “the slut” or a group as “the sluts”. internalized misogyny isn’t fun, actually
I would have preferred Enforcer grovel more, but still a good read. Told from both POV. I really liked the FMC in this book because she was just real. I wonder what this author could do with a longer book.
