Too much wine while watching Beach House Bargain inspires Olivia to book an impromptu vacation at a beachside resort. Overworked and stressed out, she's definitely in need of some rest and relaxation. She hopes her island getaway will give her time to have fun in the sun, drink as many cocktails with the little umbrellas as she can handle, and finally take some time to figure out what she wants out of life. The last thing she expects is to run into someone like Michelle, a smart and sexy woman who loves adventures. Olivia isn't looking for love or even a fling, but likes the idea of having her own personal tour guide on the island. And spending time with Michelle makes her trip of a lifetime even more unforgettable.

It's a short story, about a half hour, but really well written! I enjoyed this holiday romance between two beautiful black babes connecting in St Croix!

The connection is fairly instant, but I wasn't mad at it, the attraction was hot and heavy and yet also deeper than just lustful. With some real conversation and bonding happening between the pair.

Would have been great to expand into a fuller story, or just to have a follow-up to this dynamic duo. Would recommend the read!

4 stars. I really enjoyed this quick little novella. It’s insta love but it was so, so cute. Michelle and Olivia had really great chemistry and I was very happy with the ending. I honestly wouldn’t mind another little follow up novella because I want more of these characters and their romance but for what it is this was a lot of fun.

This is simple a short book. It did get straight to the point. I enjoyed Olivia more than Michelle. The only detail I know of Michelle that I can remember was she was beautiful. Her description of her character was lacking maybe due to Olivia being the main interest of the story and her finding what she wanted for herself. My connection to the story wasn't there because I could not connect with Michelle.

Really good short story, well written. I liked both main characters. Michelle seemed like such a sweet kind caring person, and Olivia seemed really sweet as well. I hope there's a part two to this story, because I'm hooked.

Olivia books an impromptu vacation and runs into Michelle, the antithesis of her scheduled, regulated personality. But nothing can last past this temporary reprieve. Can it?

This was a nice short about opening your mind and heart to the possibilities. I liked that Michelle was so flighty and fun, but still grounded in reality. Olivia learned to focus on her own happiness, which is always a valuable lesson, even when you're falling in love. Nice story.

This 💎💎💎💎💎short story was hot, steamy and good. My introduction to @tuesdaywrites solidified my return. I definitely recommend this one.

An excellent short Black sapphic romance. I enjoyed it so much, but I was kind of bummed there was no epilogue. I really wanted to see how this couple was doing a year from now. I highly recommend this book if you wanted to get started with Black sapphic romance.

Too short.

I really enjoyed the story, even though it ended way too soon, rather abruptly. At first I thought: Oh no, a pillow princess! But further action eased my worry. The main characters sucked me right into the story, allowing for the chance to enjoy the ride. There was enough interest generated that one hopes the author will write more of their story, maybe spend more time with them.

Read it, you'll enjoy it.

I could’ve read 100 pages more of this couple. Olivia is burnt out and tired of being overlooked at her current job so she purchased a trip on a knee jerked reaction and the instalove gods came through. She met Michelle and thru clicked. I feel if it was longer I would’ve connected more with Olivia because to me she really didn’t shine in this book as much as her love interest. Nonetheless, it was a cute story about living in the moment

I enjoyed Olivia and Michelle's chemistry together and witnessing the adventures they went on! They felt fleshed out (to me) and you got to learn about what they both are going through. I did wish some of those adventures that were brushed were more showing than telling. The steam & spice was there, a short and enjoyable read!

Cute, but not great. Very unrealistic with regard to the resort (having sex on the resort’s beach?? And a non-worker or guest having full access to it?). Writing isn’t the best either - so many cliches, some grammar mistakes, and overall passive language.

Easy read and I liked the characters, but overall the story is meh.

Black lesbians goodness, Caribbeaness, food and steam! I love this so much. Short and sweet. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quick and cozy read. Great pacing, the ending didnt feel rushed, everything was wrapped up nicely. Im just pissed it sat on my kindle library this long lol should've picked it up sooner. 4/5 stars.

Good book with wonderful authentic characters whose chemistry is very genuine. The short punchy like scenes are a great appetizer, but sometimes the plot meanders andis lacking in certain spots. Overall, even with that, it's a pretty good quick read.

Good story
