Your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life, right? That’s what they say, at least. I went into that day hoping I’d get the happiest day of my life. What I got? The worst. I mean, you really can’t get any worse of a day without someone actually dying.

So…I may have gotten just a little drunk, and maybe just a tad impetuous… And landed myself in a dive bar somewhere in Alaska, alone, still in my wedding dress, half-wasted and heart-broken.

***

Eight brothers, one bar. Sounds like the beginning to a bad joke, yeah? I kinda think so.

Wanna hear another joke? A girl walks into a bar, soaking wet and wearing a wedding dress. I knew I shouldn’t have touched her. She was hammered, for one thing, and heartbroken for another. I’ve chased enough tail to know better. That kinda thing only leads to clinginess, and a clingy female is the last thing on this earth I need. I got a bar needs running, and only me to run it—at least until my seven wayward brothers decide to show their asses up…

Then this chick walks in, fine as hell, wearing a soaked wedding dress that leaves little enough to the imagination—and I’ve got a hell of an imagination.

I knew I shouldn’t have touched her. Not so much as a finger, not even innocently

3.75 badass heroine stars
- 1 star for the slut-shaming
update 2/15/2019

Never have I ever read a book with so much swearing!

I even learnt some new words! *lol*
But once I warmed up to the writing I could enjoy the story.

Since I read the reviews ahead I knew that the hero would be a major jerk. Yeah, relating to his past he was a disgusting manwhore. But after I learned about his love and devotion to his family, his sacrifice for his brother, I even liked him a bit. It helped of course that he was absolutely smitten with the heroine.

Well, the girl won my heart. Total badass, swore like a sailor, fought like a pro. F*ck my life! I liked her a lot! I’m aware that her character was a bit unrealistic, but after reading about shy horny virgins/celibate “nuns”/weak forgiving women, it was freaking amazing to have a strong fierce heroine.

It was kind of different, when the first thing the heroine told the hero was:
“Fuck you, you goddamn orc.”

Isn’t it cute to hear such love-expression from a man you have feelings for?
I feel shit for you.
I snorted with laughter. *never have I ever claimed to be classy*

Dirty carnal sex – never have I ever read about 1 sexual act through 3 chapters. *hot*
A woman who didn’t give a f’ck to be domineering, but also giving and vulnerable? Sigh me up!

It’s not that I didn’t noticed several plot holes or particularly liked everything or wasn’t annoyed with some actions, but I was willing to settle for less because of the strong amazing heroine.

Safety:

P.S. If my review doesn’t make sense to you, don’t worry, it doesn’t make much sense to me either. I just have a weakness for strong women. *sign* and *lol*

Badd Motherf*cker is a light and sexy read by Jasinda Wilder. The first in the Badd Brothers Series it explores the lives of eight brothers from a remote town in Alaska and the family bar that brings them together. When Dru Connolly meets the eldest brother Sebastian Badd, she is soaking wet, heartbroken, and wearing her wedding dress. After she caught her "husband to be" banging one of her bridesmaids, she runs. She runs all the way to Alaska! When she stumbles into Badd's bar, Dru meets the man of her dreams. She and Sebastian form an instant connection as their physical attraction becomes more than either can ignore. As their physical connection transforms into an emotional connection, Dru and Sebastian discover that they are meant to be together forever.

description
"Life-changing, earth-shattering sex. And goddammit, but I wanted that. I wanted it bad."
Told in dual POV, Badd Motherf*cker is smoking hot. The physical interactions between Dru and Sebastian almost caught my kindle on fire. The characters experience insta-love and insta-lust with a supporting cast of colorful characters. This first book certainly sets the stage for what promises to be a hilarious romantic smoking hot series!

Overall, I highly recommend Badd Motherf*cker to readers looking for a smoking hot insta-love read that will get your blood pumping and leave you swooning and wanting more! The best part about Badd Motherf*cker is that there are seven more brothers in this series to explore. With a runaway bride and a band of smoking hot brothers, Badd Motherf*cker is a must read!

4.5 Super NOT Badd Stars

I love Jasinda Wilder books. I never know what I’m going to get when I start her reads. She can make me laugh, cry and help me lose weight. She’s a well-rounded author and always puts me in a fantastic reading mood.

The first thing that intrigued me about this book was the cover and title. I had to find out what this was all about.

Sebastian Badd is the oldest brother out of eight of them. Yes, you heard that right EIGHT and I can’t wait for each Badd book. Bast owns a bar given to him by his father. All of his brothers live across the world, but Bast decided to stay home and run the family business.

Dru ran away on her wedding day and believe me she had good reason to. She didn’t have a destination in mind when she hopped on a sea plan traveling to deliver cargo. She ended in Alaska.

I really liked the premise of the book.

Eight brothers? Yes.

A runaway bride? Yes.

Two crazy but single characters meeting randomly? Double yes!

When you start the book it hits you with a bam of funny, cute and awesome goodness. I really liked the main characters too. Dru is super entertaining and you feel her pain. She’s in a rut and devastated and I would do exactly what she did. She’s wearing her wedding dress when she runs into Bast and you can’t help but giggle at their meet-cute.

You will soon realize each brother is different (yes they all make an appearance in the book). Bast is the loyal one, he stayed to continue the bar business and you can tell he puts a lot of stress on his shoulders. He also doesn’t like technology, I know that’s random, but I found it a quirky trait.

Dru and Bast have crazy tension and even though Dru is newly single, she can’t help her attraction towards Bast. And Bast wants a no-strings complicated relationship, because he’s never been in a relationship, but he always can’t help but notice how beautiful and attractive Dru is.

You will definitely enjoy the side characters as each brother slowly show up and you will see how different each of them are. My heart is holding out on the youngest and most nerdy Badd brother. Typical me.

I really enjoyed this book. I found it witty, comical and highly entertaining.

4.5 deliciously BADD stars!!!

This was a super easy, super fun and super hot read! Holy smokes, this was so so hot. Once I started, I couldn’t stop reading it. I loved every character so much, there’s no way you won’t fall in love with Dru and Sebastian!

The book starts with Dru’s wedding day, while she’s getting ready to get married, she catches her future husband banging one of his bridesmaids in the room next door! Can you imagine that? Needless to say the wedding is off and Dru just wants to run far away. I have to say, the way the author wrote that situation was so shocking and funny at the same time, I just couldn’t put the book down. Anyways, Dru takes the first plane out of Seattle and lands in Ketchikan, Alaska.

Enter Sebastian, he is the oldest of eight brothers, yes, there’s eight of them! He runs the family bar and has taken care of his brothers for years. His dad recently passed away and he’s trying to pick up the pieces and stay afloat.

Dru walks into Sebastian’s bar and the chemistry is almost instant. So yeah, this is definitely insta-lust and I loved every second. The interactions are great, the conversations are so funny and the sex, OMG, scorching hot!

badd-motherfcker-october-28-release-teaser2

So, like I said, this is a super fast, super easy read. One of the things I love about Jasinda’s books is that the writing is so easy, so simple to comprehend and not wordy, if you know what I mean. These characters are also very real and easy to identify with. I loved both main characters. Dru was just amazing! She was a badass, so cool and so feisty. Super strong, the way I love my heroines to be. She took her situation in stride, kept moving on and when it came to Sebastian, she just threw caution to the wind and went all in. And Sebastian, OMG, he was so beautiful and sexy and such a great man. FLOVED him! I also loved the secondary characters. I would say this was as much about Dru and Sebastian as it was about the Badd brothers. I will not go into details cause I don’t want to spoil the entire plot, lol. Dru’s dad was also awesome.

badd-motherfcker-october-28-release-teaser-1

The other thing I loved about this book is that there was no unnecessary stupid drama, no big misunderstandings. Just a lot of chemistry, a lot of sweet and a ridiculous amount of hotness! I believe this is book one in a series and as book 1, there is a lot of set-up for the future books, which I understand but didn’t necessarily love. Also, I felt the epilogue should’ve been more about Dru and Sebastian, but again it sets up the stage for the next book. So I’m not sure how I felt about it, except for it left me wanting more. Regardless, this was a great read and I totally recommend it. I can’ t wait for Zane’s book!

SEX & LAUGHTER? ABSOLUTELY!!

5 'WILD' stars!!

That was a funny, hot read that I couldn't put down. God. I was smiling all the time. All. The. Freaking. Time! Sebastian and Dru will make you laugh and melt while following their lives.

If you do catch your fiancé pants down with one of your bridesmaids, what do you do? Our heroine Dru got a little bit drunk and landed herself in a bar somewhere at Alaska still wearing her wedding dress hurt, angry and sad. Sebastian is the owner of the bar; he’s alluring, magnetic and sexy as hell. He doesn’t know who the woman walking into his bar is but she’s so very easy on the eyes.

Dru needs a guy who appreciates her for being the loving, kind-hearted girl she is. When we meet Sebastian he comes off as a bit of a player, but his POV gives insight into him, showing that he has a heart underneath his womanizing ways. These two will soon discover that between them lies a fiery sexual chemistry! Sebastian is a little wild and a lot hot, he plans to have great sex with her and help her heal and feel good. He, generally, does not discuss his thoughts but is conflicted by his feelings for Dru. He wants the best for her, but feels he is not it. Can they build a relationship that will last? In the end, will love prove the one constant in both of their lives?

The verbal interactions between Dru and Sebastian had me smiling and chuckling through out. Every interaction between the two of them is sexually charged, but their sex scenes were so hot you will be begging for more! Also, I liked how the author made sure that the characters grow.

It’s a story about taking chances and following your heart…and knowing that sometimes, you just have to learn when to let go. The author is brilliant and I can't wait until the next Badd Brothers installment comes out. I can't get enough of these men.

Hero 5/5 | Heroine 5/5 | Plot (Point, Originality) 5/5 | Writing Style 5/5 | Steam 5/5 | Romance 5/5 | Angst-Suspense 4/5 | Darkness 0/5 | Humor 5/5 | Secondary Characters 5/5 | Drama-Conflict 5/5 | Mystery 0/5 | Twists 4/5 | Pacing Fast | Action 4/5

"5 Motherf*cker stars"

LOVED...LOVED...LOVED THIS BOOK!!!

I enjoyed this book so damn much! I laughed a LOT and I got hot a LOT too!!! But I loved every second of it!!! No regrets here...none, nada, zero...That's right, I'm shameless!!!

description

I loved Sebastian and Dru...They were both so badass! Their chemistry was pretty great too...It had been a while for me to enjoy a book like I did this one and I devoured it when I realized how good it was...

description

You can see my reaction right above when I finished it!!!

I don't have a lot to say because I really enjoyed it, it was a book with bittersweet, heartwarming, sad moments, but it was also funny, sexy, intense with testosterone pouring out of the book...I mean there were 8 Badd brothers...what else would you expect...???Although Dru gave them a run for their money...She could kick some ASS!

But Sebastian was the MAN for me!!!Obviously Dru and I had the same taste!

description

But also it was intense because Sebastian and Dru were a MATCH make in heaven to watch... fighting one time and the next having amazing, hot, rough, steamy sex against any surface close to them...And not one or two times, NOOOOO don't get fooled...for hours my friends with biting, scratching, moaning, screaming, and spanking to spice it up like all the previous weren't enough...Yeah that was HOT!!!

description

My only issue was that at some point the book focused for a little bit on the brothers and the end was a little abrupt...I would like another chapter with them settling down and see what the future holds for them...or having another round maybe...Ohhhh who am I kidding, of course I would love another round when Sebastian and Dru were involved....

description

Let me share a secret with you, Dru had some pretty great moves that had Sebastian begging...And what a delicious "head" he had....

description

Overall a wonderful reading...with a nice storyline and lovely and hot characters...Can't wait for the reast of the brothers...Zane is next...an ex Navy Seal...that's all I'm about to say...

Enjoy! xxx

Badd Motherf*cker is the start of a brand new series by Jasinda Wilder that follows eight brothers as they come back home in order to fulfill their fathers last wishes. Sebastian, the oldest brother, never left though and he's been the one taking care of his fathers bar and trying to keep it afloat. His life consists of fucking nameless women and working behind the bar everyday of the week. Until the night a woman in a wedding dress comes stumbling into his bar and needs his help to forget what an awful day she had.

Dru and Sebastian were both good characters and I liked how badass Dru could be. She was the perfect girl for Sebastian and even for his brothers since she fit perfectly in with all of them. Sebastian could be a little angry at times and he felt like he was losing out on life by only taking care of the bar so I was happy when he started to let loose once Dru came around. It was fun to see that it was the heroine being the more free-spirited one since usually it's the Hero.

The pace of the story was fast and I think because of that it kind of lost me at times. The whole insta-love thing I can get on board with mostly but for some reason I just couldn't with these characters. I felt like they needed something slower so they could have time to explore each other more.

I really liked getting to slowly know all of the Badd brothers and I think that they will all have some amazing stories to tell. Overall it was a good book for me and I can't wait to see what this author will do with the rest of the series.

So far this was just some stupid drama and then lots of sexy times! Nothing against it, but this is pure smut and I wasn't in the mood for it. I like a little more substance and romance going on with the sexy times 😜

I picked this up after I saw a review saying it was the most curse filled book they ever read. And I love swearing, folks. One of my first words was "fuck" (gamoto in Greek) and I said it to everyone and everywhere, to my mother's mortification. And I haven't really stopped to be honest. If you love to curse you'll probably enjoy this one, just for the sheer joy of it being unfiltered and in your face with swear words.

I'm changing my last name to Badd and moving to Alaska! I loved the Badd men. All eight of them! I cannot wait to read the rest of this series. The sex was unbelievably hot, and I'm always partial to a dirty talker. I'm not saying it was remotely realistic but you know what, I had so much fun with it.

Sorry Deb, DNFing this book too. Doesn't mean it's bad. Just doesn't mean it's great either. It's been a week or two since I've read any more in this book and I'm not at all missing it. See my notes in status updates. Just not in the mood for nonstop sex without much else to keep my interest.

Just doesn't hold my attention.

And... I just read another 5%. Nope have to discontinue again...

This was a fabulous beginning to this new series from Jasinda Wilder. The BADD brothers are the ugliest group of men you will ever read about and will be eternally single, despised by all woman. <---- Okay, that last sentence is a complete lie! I must also mention that this book should come with a disclaimer, you may need either your significant other or a vibrator on stand-by because this book is hot, dirty and very sexy (actually that pretty much just describes Sebastian).

Sebastian Badd has been running the family bar pretty much by himself for the past few years, ever since his father died. He is the eldest son but also has seven brothers who no longer live in their hometown of Ketchikan, Alaska. They all managed to leave and chase their dreams while he was left looking after their dad. He is stuck running the business and occasionally getting his end away with female tourists who throw themselves at him when cruise ships are in town.

One night an angel walks into his bar. A beautiful woman, in a wedding dress, soaked from the rain, with makeup running down her face. Her sole focus seems to be to get drunk and forget about the reason why she ended up in this bar and is not currently flying off to a honeymoon with her new husband. Now most men would be very reluctant to approach a woman in a state like this but Sebastian takes his role as a bar owner seriously and keeps a close eye on her.

Dru never dreamed her wedding day would end up this way. Seriously, no bride should ever have to go through what she has the last 24 hours. Now she is alone, in her wedding dress, her matching clutch purse, drowning her sorrows in a dive bar in Alaska. WTF?! She has no plans apart from drinking herself into oblivion. The only good thing about being there is that the barman is super hot, like tall, nice muscles, a body covered in tattoos and she should not be thinking this way about him.

This could be a recipe for disaster or maybe the start of something very good for both of them? And that is when the rest of the Badd brothers begin slowly trickling back into town, it seems that each one of them is hotter than the other and I think Dru feels like she is on some freaky reality show. If Sebastian is interested in Dru then now is the time to stake his claim.

This was such a fun read, Dru is a really kick arse chick - as in she could kick any guys arse. Her heart has been battered about and she really needs a break from all the shit she has had to deal with. Sebastian is a really sweet guy who knows what to do with a woman's body and let me tell you, the sex was smoking hot! I can't wait to read more from the sexy Badd brothers.

I was NOT impressed by the hero.
"i feel shit for you" is NOT going to win me over, would rather lose him his ball, after coldly kicking me out of his room, when he SPECIFICALLY told me it's not going to be like that with me when confronted with his dismissal of OW.
I mean what WAS that shit? He PROMISED her that it's not the same as the OW when Dru pointed it out the night before that she'd be EXACTLY the same and he'd treat her exactly the same, he KNOWS she's vulnerable, and he goes and breaks his promise the moment he finds his release?
Ummm....Sorry but what if he didn't catch her before she left town? she'd have left knowing he pursued her just to get in her pants! And I very much doubt he had ANY of her contact details, Seatle isn't exactly a small town honeybuns!!!
And what's with calling the OW slut??????? WTF was that?
Also as much as I loved Dru's attitude, WTF was her attitude towards the OW to her fiancé? I mean asking if she could even read? and calling her stupid over and over. I'd have no problem with name-calling i.e. a whore or a slut because she's clearly missing a moral compass, but to mock her intellect because your fiancé chose to cheat on you with her? That's uncalled for!
And it was rather disgusting how Michael's friend's were enjoying the "live" sex show, and stopping Dru from going to him, it's not like they didn't know, EVERYONE knew about them cheating for 2 years and NO ONE thought it was wrong?
And Michael had the gall to suggest Dru was the OW in the relationship to him and what I felt was he actually came to see if Dru would take him back, and he'd not confess about the wedding and keep HER as a mistress??? That was fifty shades of messed up and psychopathic and NO way was enough retribution received by two punches!
Also, I DID feel rather disgusted by hero's manwhorish past, because even though he's only got eyes for heroine, he doesn't see anything wrong with it and was diasppointed that his brother WASN'T a manwhore? so no, he wasn't a reformed manwhore, what he was, I had no idea, he just was sated by a partner with equal taste for animalistic sex? I also didn't enjoy the sex scenes,, so a 2.5 stars rounded down for me.

3.5 Badd Brother Stars!!

Dru is feeling uneasy on her wedding day, she's having major jitters so she seeks out her fiancé Michael so he can reassure her and put her uneasy feelings to rest. However; she finds fiancé boinking one of her bridesmaids. Dru flees the church with her father and proceeds to get drunk with her father and his police cronies at their wateringhole, which happens to be at private airfield bar. After getting drunk she proceeds to catch a plane and winds up in Ketchikan, Alaska where she drunkenly stumbles into Badd's Bar & Grill, and meets Sebastian Badd. The attraction to one another is immediate, overwhelming, and intense!!

Sebastian Badd is surly, bad tempered, angry and feeling defeated. Sebastian is grieving the death of his father and is barely keeping things afloat at the family Bar & Grill. All of his brothers are living their own lives away from Alaska, leaving him to deal with their long grieving father, the family business, and now their father’s death. Sebastian has never had the chance to pursue his own dreams since he was too busy with the bar and raising his seven (yes, seven!!) younger brothers. Dru is no delicate flower, she stands up for herself and is able to take care of herself and does

Much to Sebastian’s annoyance, when his father's will is read three months after his death, his father indicated that all of the Badd siblings must return to Alaska and help run the family Bar & Grill for one year to receive their share of the inheritance bestowed.

 photo PicsArt_1477783617388_zpsljb9pyab.jpg

Dru sees through Sabastian’s gruff exterior to the vulnerable guy underneath. Dru quickly realizes that relationship she had with her cheating fiancé wasn't what it should have been; and in fact, they were completely wrong for one another, but, she spent four years with him and can’t let go until she sorts not only everything in her head but with Michael too. Sabastian never gets involved with women, he has one night stands period! So he is an idiot when it comes to relationships and he almost loses Dru by acting like a complete dumbass. Luckily, his brother Zane call’s him on his bullshit and he's able to clear the air with Dru before she runs.

This was a insta love, hot, sexy, read with a (very) dirty talking Alpha, I enjoyed this book and I look forward to reading more of the Badd Brothers stories (we get to meet all seven of brothers in this book) but I have to say, I was a bit disappointed in the epilogue; it focused too much on brothers more specifically, Zane whose book is next, and took away from Dru & Sabastian’s happily ever after.

Genres; Adult, Contemporary, Humor/Comedy, Romance
4.75 Stars

This story was a blast to read.
Extremely well written.
Both MC's were great to read about.
Great world build.

The adult scenes are super 🔥 hot & so well written you can feel their attraction. 💞
They don't just meet, they collide 💥
From the minute Dru stumbles into the Badd Bar & Grill, Bast is smitten. I can picture Cupid in the corner firing arrows and laughing his winged arse off.

And how she ends up there is a hoot 🦉

There is humor that will have you laughing out loud. I mean seriously 🤣🤣. The way both of them talk and behave is off the charts hilarious.

From the very 1st page you are kept in rapt attention. 😲 You will have 'OMG' moments throughout. You will 💖 Love, LOve, LOVE, this story & all the characters. Well, except Dru's ex. Him you will love to hate.

I could not put this book down. I was so surprised it was this fantastic of a read. I have to say thank you to all my GR friends who read this before me and expressed their delight in this story. You convinced me to go for it. And I am 'Thrilled' 😃 with the outcome.

Rating: 2 stars to Badd Motherf*cker

An easy read if you're looking for something more superficial. It's raunchy, saucy and smutty but doesn't explore a engaging romance. I wouldn't go into this expecting substance or a well-developed relationship between the love interests. All the Badd brothers are back in Alaska, bound by their father’s will and Dru is now stuck in the mix after impulsively hijacking a seat on a seaplane to find herself in the hometown of the Badd brothers.

There are two main sex scenes - fairly long and very descriptive - and although I wasn't a fan of the male protagonist's portrayal, I appreciate the bedroom role reversal. Though Sebastian has the inarguable disposition of an alpha, he was secure enough in himself to let Dru have some fun too, which was one of very few elements I liked. If there is anything I love more than reading about alphas, it’s an alpha female who can challenge her counterpart.

Even though I harboured hesitations with what occured story-wise I believe the story should have delivered more than it did prior to reaching its culmination. As I said, it was largely underdeveloped without deepening any element.

Things I liked:

1) I enjoyed the brawling Badd Brother.

2) Dru is a heroine who can take care of herself. Any woman who can put a Navy SEAL in his place is one I look up to in admiration.

3) Dru doesn’t let the current pain of her ex relationship bleed into a potential one with Sebastian. She’s cautious of rejection but open to something new. Sebastian was the problematic party for me.

4) I like the inclusion of strong father/daughter bonds so iIwas glad to see Dru had that kind of connection with her dad.

Some concerns…

1) The conclusion was a tad too abrupt for my liking. There is an epilogue but It really isn't enough.

2) The story becomes stunted at the 60% mark - I was uncertain about where it was headed. Much more integration and progression was needed.

3) I didn’t understand Michael’s (Dru’s ex) intentions or motives. After he had cheated on her (and had been doing so for much longer), he continued to call and message her - even though he had married somebody else when Dru left after witnessing how intimate he really was with one of his friends (on their wedding day). He appeared to want something more with Dru but his actions seemed ambivalent. I’m still confused about his character. His final confrontation with Dru was equally confounding because I really wasn’t sure what to make of it. Although, perhaps like Sebastian theorised, maybe he’s just one of life’s psychopaths.

Trigger Warning: Copious amounts of swearing and a few sex scenes.

Oh my freaking God! Are all of Jasinda Wilder's books this good? I absolutely LOVED this! She's been on my TBR for a while and she's moving up the list!!!

I laughed out loud. I cheered for Dru when she finally got some answers (all the while feeling sick over what Michael was saying) and I loved how bada*s she is. I sobbed for Sebastian and his brothers. It left me with a huge smile on my face and me texting my BFF saying she HAS to read it LOL I can not wait for the next brother's book!

The first four or five chapters were pretty good, but it didn't last. I didn't buy into a confirmed manwhore changing his ways so quickly. 3 (and I'm being generous) stars.

I'm always up for Jasinda Wilder's book...

This should be hawt, steamy, funny and quick...

you know, sounds like a good quickie, don't ya think?!

And it certainly was all of the above, and it was filled with background clips of the intertwined lives of seven brothers who each had to deal with their parents passing, their dad being the recent...leaving them all with a clause in his will...for them all to come back to their hometown in Alaska and work for a year in a family bar...

So, if this was a background stuff, that got me interested into the brothers

*watch my eyebrow doing the deviously perched bow*

The main story is a quirky, kinda insta love/lust thing between the oldest brother Sebastian Badd a grumpy, intimidating owner of the family bar who got his eyes locked with one wild, a bit crazy and a total badass woman, who flopped into his bar, all soaking wet in a wedding gown!

After that, the quirk sets off the fire, the lust, the regret, the hurt, the passion filled with the high physical chemistry...new and overwhelming to them both-him, never having anything but one-night fuckery, and her, angry and hurt, and hiding from the world after she caught her ex-fiance screwing one of her bridemade on her wedding day!!!

Ain't that a nice way to start smth new?! Lol

Well, as weirdly as it sounds, this kinda worked for me, inspite the fact that i don't usually buy the insta-shit...and here it's not even over-done it...

it's funny, sexy, passionate and entertaining and very much unpretentious!

Badd Motherf*ucker
Jacinda Wilder
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't give out five stars easily, but this badd boy deserves it.
It kinda got mixed up, I accidentally read Zane's story first and found out that there's another book. I enjoyed Zane's story, but if rates can go higher I'll give Sebastian's story a 5.5 rating.
I got caught up with his attitude, hiw he dealt with his feelings and how his brothers helped him cope up with his loss.
Dru was just icing on the cake, her strong personality was a fitting combination with Bast's character.
In my reviews, the storyline transition is as important as everything else. How they interact with each other and how the story flows easily. I have read my fair share of good transitions and this right here is a good example. It's not even good for me, it was really well written.
If I was a man, I'll willingly give my left nut for Xavier's story but I'm a woman, might as well wait for it.
Wilder just makes me ask for more of this Badd brothers, I can't keep my panties on with their hotness.

Excellent writing, great characters and fucking 8 hot brothers ! Come on, people that ALWAYS works!

When I read the blurb, I was 100% sure I would love the book. I did however, miss a little more action outside the bedroom, but sweet baby Jesus , those scenes were hot!!

However, I am still sticking to the 5 stars, simply because I loved the writing style. And the relationship between the brothers seemed genuine. Dru was also the right mix between a warmhearted, sweet woman to completely badass and not afraid to show it!

(Extra) The epilogue with from Zanes perspective was bloody awesome, and I can't wait to get my hands on the sequel! Well done, Jasinda Wilder, well bloody done...

Rough and Wild Ride

With a foul.mouthed h and a gruff H who knows his way around a bar and women, this book took a few turns and some. Lots of heavy hitting drinking and sex from start to finish. All the brothers are unique and amazing even if at times things were OTT. A mad grab of emotions with a framework plot surrounding the death and will of the Badd patriarch. This wasn't remarkable but certainly no waste of time.

2,5 stars, really

A fun hot read that feels like a novella!

This is a book about a badass heroine and a man-wh*re who never had any emotional bond with a woman before.

The plot:

Dru’s fiancé cheats on her minutes before their wedding ceremony. Feeling the need to go far far away, she hops on a commercial plane the destination of which she doesn’t know and she ends up in Alaska. She meets a bar owner there, and there is insta- attraction between them. You can guess the rest 😊

My thoughts about it:

1. As far as smut goes, this is a good choice to pick up because it is a really hot read. Whenever you need a simple and quick read that is full of steam, go ahead and read it.

The thing is it just feels lacking on all other levels. Things happen too quickly for my taste and there is not much of a romance.

It is all about lust, attraction and sex. Pages and pages, or chapters and chapters of sex. One bloody hot book, really!

2. The book feels more like a novella than a novel or a prequel to the following books. Because this is a series about 8 brothers, the book heavily focuses on introducing each and every one of them to us, which leaves little time and space for the development of the relationship between the hero and the heroine.

3. The Badd brothers all sound interesting but the brotherly bond among them heavily depend on cursing and fighting. Only after that, they manage to talk and communicate a bit 😊

As a matter of fact, the heroine also swears a lot but I liked it when she cursed, so I was OK with it. I am just saying it because I know some of you may not like that much of swearing in a book.

4. The heroine is a badass woman who can defend herself against even a very large and powerful man. She knows how to fight.

So, I didn’t -for the love of God- understand why she didn’t open the door of the groom’s room, where his fiancé was having sex with her bridesmaid. I don’t understand why she didn’t put him in his place or put his nose or jaw in a new place. She just runs away.

5. Then, the bastard gets married to the bridesmaid (yeah, he had been cheating on her for years) and takes her to the honeymoon he was supposed to go with his fiancé.

The thing that didn't sit well with me was his leaving his wife on their honeymoon and coming to Alaska to explain things to his ex-fiancé. He was too much of an as*hole to even do that courtesy! Besides, explain what? How he hoped to have them both at the same time but couldn't get away with it in the end 😊 ? It doesn’t sound like it can be explained at all!

6. The wedding of the hero and the heroine was too soon! Well, their hopping into bed was also too soon so maybe it was their normal :)

7. The Epilogue starts with a wedding but most of it focuses on the next book's hero, Zane, which -in my opinion- was unnecessary.

All in all, the bottom line is that there is a lot to be criticized here so it is only recommended for some hot time - wink wink *** :)

I honestly don't know what I expected with a title like Badd Motherf*cker.

This has one of those tropes that I am embarrassed to love: the heroine runs from the fiancee that cheats, in this case cheated at the wedding. It's been done better. A Bride Worth Millions, Down for the Count, Private Party which is almost the exactly like Down for the Count.

Anyhoo, I could buy the heroine getting involved with a new hot guy if "getting involved" means graphic and ridiculous animal sex, but what I had a hard time dealing with was his cold dismissal of her after said sex. He's made it clear he's obsessed with her from the moment he sees her in her rain soaked, too small wedding dress. I will spare you all the lecherous comments about her rear end.

And does anyone use the F word that much?

This book was just Baddddddd (get it? *wink wink*)

Ok so the characters were laughably Badd
ex. The H was the reformed man whore because curves...
The h never had an ambition or a life because vagina...

The story had about as much plot line as a snake..
I am just done. No, Thank you..

P.s Thanks to the shitty internet I have to repress myself = gifless review... save me

No substance.

Constant swearing cause it’s cool.
Plenty of smut tho.
I laughed cause it was so so so bad.
