I was into this book up to chapter 6 then I was done. Honestly the beginning of this has the potential for a really good full length book. I lost interest when the first real scene with Josh and he was an asshole. Then suddenly the fmc isn’t held back by her anxiety and she does it with the mmc on the kitchen floor and the scene wasn’t even that great. The end just annoyed me.

WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Levi and Aria are neighbors, they shared a kiss one night but then in the morning he was gone. Levi is gone for six months, his lawn is getting high and there's things that need to be fixed around his home. Aria has anxiety over all of this. When Levi pulls up on his motorcycle Aria is peaking out her window when she notices he has a kid on the back of his bike. Before Levi heads into his home, he knocks on Aria's door and tells her he's back and has a son. Aria tells him she doesn't care but he needs to get his lawn mowed. The next day when Aria leaves for work, Levi is mowing his lawn with his shirt off. A few days later, Aria has been avoiding Levi as much as she can, but she notices he's been cleaning up around his home. On her way home, Aria's car breaks down, she hears the sound of a motorcycle and Levi pulls up behind her. Levi calls the tow truck and tells Aria to get on his bike. Aria's anxiety picks up and Levi has to calm her down. Aria finally gets on the bike but Levi doesn't take her home. Levi pulls up and hops off his bike, Aria tells him she wanted to go home. Levi tells her he needs to show her something. Levi knows her anxiety is picking up so he tells her he'll take her home after. Levi and Aria walk to an opening and there are lavender fields all around, purple dancing in the wind. Aria takes in the smells of the lavender and Levi sees a smile on her face. Levi kisses Aria, suddenly she is taken back to her childhood and the abuse her mother went through. Levi feels Aria pulling away from him. Aria tells Levi to take her home, he tells her he's not going to hurt her. Levi and his twelve year old son Josh are punching the punching bag when his son realizes he's taking it out on the bag. Josh asks his dad if he's having girl trouble, then Levi gets advise from his son. Levi realizes he needs to talk to his son about women. Three days later, Levi heads over to Aria's home. he hand picked her daisies. Levi pushes Aria into her kitchen and kisses her and tells her they're meant to be together. Levi then pleasures Aria and then they make love. Five years later, Aria is pregnant with their second child. They're at a dirt bike met with their daughter and Josh has turned eighteen and is competing. Aria is different than when Levi met her six years ago, she's more relaxed, calm and confident. Levi healed Aria, but she still has some bad days.

Levi and Aria live next to each other and he likes to irritate her so she will talk to him. Not mowing the lawn, weeding the flower beds, etc. make her face him and talk. One night they actually kiss and then he is gone for six months, returning with a son on the back of his motorcycle and driving over freshly seeded lawn. Josh just lost his mother to cancer and she had not talk Levi she was pregnant. Aria grew up in an abusive household, seeing her mother beaten and not wanting that to ever happen to her. Now they come together to heal and face the future.
The characters are heartwarming in their care and love of their friends. The storyline is well written, with intense feelings and determination. He knows just how to calm her when panic attacks start up. Love their chemistry and banter. Josh has good ideas that move toward a great ending.

*Spoilers* Levi messes more up in Aria's life than her cultivated lawn. They are neighbours and sparks are flying. When they finally kiss, Levi is gone the next day. Aria likes order in her life and Levi is unpredictable. But when he comes back after 23 weeks he is not alone on his Harley, he has a boy on the back. Levi sees through the uptight behavior and recognizes a woman who needs it to deal with her trauma and a man to love. 23 weeks ago he got the news he is a father and now a single dad of 12 year old Josh. but he wants a future with Aria, knowing she is the one for him. Will Aria admit her feelings and can they be their own kind of crazy family together?

Aria is someone that needs routine and order. Levi is a guy that is disorganized and messy. The last time they saw each other they kissed. Then he disappeared. Now he is back with a kid in tow. Levi isn't about to let Aria push him away so when her car breaks down, he uses it as a way to get to talk to her. Even though it completely breaks her routine he he takes her somewhere other than home home. But once she sees where it is she relaxes somewhat. Will Aria take a chance with Levi? Can Levi show her that he is worth the risk?
This is an amazing story that will hook you in the first chapter. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is the 3rd book in the All the Single Dad's series featuring Levi and Aria's sweet and steamy story. Levi moved in next-door to Aria and that began their love/hate relationship he drives her crazy. Aria needs to feel in control over her life after growing up in the chaos of the fostercare system. They share a sizzling kiss that rocks her world but then his phone rings and he leaves town. Six months later he's back with his son Josh that he never knew existed determined to make Aria his wife. You really need to read this sweet story to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

The chemistry between Levi and Aria with a just a kiss was mind blowing but it changed with Levi disappeared. Aria felt hurt and not knowing her next door neighbor Levi would be back and with another person with him. He never thought his life would change overnight and he wanted Aria back in life. Levi by Sadie King is great fun to read. The characters are relatable and well developed - enough so, that I found myself asking questions like "Now why did you do that?" to Aria when she got uptight with Levi. Josh, Levi's surprise son, is a 12 year old wiseman. There are a couple of steamy scenes later in the story but not so over the top that you can not read the book in public. I will be looking for more work by Sadie King because she crafted a great story in a limited number of pages which is not that easy.

Aria is gaurded after a traumatic past and so she needs a strict routine and no funny business. Levi the crazy goofy Harley riding guy puts her onnedge everday with his flirting and teasing. Things finally come to a head and they share a kiss. Levi gets a call he never expected and leaves when he finally returns its with a kid. These 2 have a lot to work through a kid in his life and her issues before they can have their HEA

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Levi is the third book in the ‘’all the single dads’’ series.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Levi wants his neighbour. When he ends up with a surprise teenage son, will he still get his girl?
The chemistry between Levi and Aria is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

Good
This was a good story. I liked it for the most part but I thought the end was rushed a little bit. I would have liked to see her get some therapy instead of being healed by a kiss and sex. I liked Levi, he was patient and kind to Aria. He knew she suffered some trauma in her past and didn’t push her. He knew she was meant for him and was in it for the long haul.

I absolutely loved this!! Aria moved next door to wild Levi. She needed order and structure, he was wild and free. He loved her as soon as he saw her. She was his one. When he finally kissed her a phone called turned his life upside down and he left. 6 months later he is back and determined to make Aria his forever. Beautiful, romantic story. Levi was a kind, patient, protective hero. Their HEA was amazing

Aria grew up in with an abusive father. Her thoughts of love and relationships was screwed to what she saw growing up, if pain and bruises was love she wanted nothing of it. Levi feels the pull towards his neighbor, he like to rile her up. Just when he gets a taste of her, he has to leave.4
This is an emotional fast story that has a few twists and turns you will not see coming. Aria's backstory is filled will hurt and confusion, Levi is a strong man that does right by those around him.

Aria has complained about everything since Levi moved next door to her, one night he kisses her and disappears. He has been gone for six months when she hears his motorcycle, and he drives thru her grass. He has with him a child.
Levi plans on making Aria his wife, he has to make her see it is the best for both of them. This was a sweet and steamy story with a unique of dealing with anxiety.

A man determined to go after what he wants and a woman afraid of love. Good book just seemed too rushed. Aria just magically switches her emotions on or off? Then pain she suffered is quite intense and very difficult to move on from but a kiss fixes it? If her feelings were addressed better this could have been a way better book.

Can she continue to live a lone or will she take a chance. An engaging fast paced read. The characters are likeable and Levi is willing to prove to Aria that he’s not like her past. I loved Aria’s and Levi’s short story. Levi has had feelings for his uptight crazy neighbor ever since he kissed her one night and on the same night he had to leave now 6 months later Levi is back and he has a surprise with him. Aria is very happy that Levi is back only she keeps pushing him away but that’s not going to stop Levi his heart belongs to Aria and he’s going to do all he can to make her his woman. Fantastic story I loved it and the characters and I highly recommend this book.

Anxiety prone Aria loves order and wants to be left alone, yet her heart yearns for that calming effect only her neighbor Levi can give. A short read of next door neighbors who are need one another more than they know. I liked the patience of Levi and the insight from his son.

Short entertaining story with the two of these kissing one time and then he is gone but he just found out he had a son and was going to see him When he come back he will be seeing a lot more of her hopefully permanently
