Fantastically written novel that truly immersed me in the time of WWII. The emotional aspect of the war and the struggle of the people in it is fascinating and heartbreaking. For me, this book is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Grounded Eagles by Helena P. Schrader is a brilliant historical novella that provoked many different feelings in my mind and heart. Indeed, the stories in the book, focus on the mental health consequence of WWII. I find the storyline compelling, the plot is complex and influential. A real gem!
