Okay wow. This was so fucking good?!

Lex pissed me off so bad at the start and I couldn’t care less about the ‘plot’ but whatever bc Wren made up for everything…

That was WILLDDDD!! All smut, no plot. The MMC blows a guy then spits it into the FMCs mouth. 😃👍🏼
The cast of characters were interestinngggg and I’m curious to see where it goes if the author decides to continue this.

Idk, I kind of wish it had a little more substance to make this memorable in terms of plot and and storyline wise, it just reminded me a little of Harley Laroux’s Dare, an mmc who was always spoken down to by the fmc and this is his whole way of getting revenge but also has been pining for her since they met.

The ending was dumb tho but I think it’ll pick up in the next novella.

Wren Motherfucking Marshall, where the fuck have you been?!! Novellas are usually misses for me, I hate the insta-love, the unnecessariness of it all and the fast pace of the stories as they try to stuff so much shit in such a tiny package like Pogo the Clown and his huge bag of tiny dicks. Ooh, was that too much or too soon?!

Any fucking who, you have the Kings, Paxton, Finn, Joey and holy fucking shit my psycho loving heart and hard on inducing, THEO. Oh, yea and their Queen Alexis Darling. This is a group of rich fuckers that rule their college and Wren, the poor outsider wants to tap the Darling girl.

Enemies to lovers with a side of hotdamn. Dudes, like for real, this shit is spicy as fuck all!!!! Wren is a beast. Alexis is literally a fucking queen. The chemistry, the blood, the kink, more blood, Theo, all of it was perfect.

I need the books to be completed, like yesterday, woman! Did I mention Theo?! He's mine, I licked him good.

If you liked the Dare I think you will love this! It’s a similar premise.

I rate this 4.5- only lost .5 because it’s a short novella that left me wanting more and the ending left me hanging. (M/f with some m/m play, Dom/sub play, blood play, 4.75/5 spice)

This is a novella and the beginning of the series so it lacks a lot of information and leaves a lot of questions, especially considering it ends on what I assume is a cliff hanger and not just a crappy ending. If this novella is any indication of the series to come, I am excited. The secret society men with no sexual boundaries is hot. Nothing seems out of bounds for them- drugs, money, murder, hetero and homosexual encounters, it’s all on the table. Can’t wait to see what the rest of the series has in store and hopefully the potential love story between Alexis and Wren will continue.

Y’all run don’t walk!! This is my second G.N. Wright book and she again did not disappoint! I’m usually not a big fan of novellas, I think it’s cause I have a hard time connecting to the couple with so little build up but this novella had just enough backstory to get you invested from the get go. Definitely check the trigger warnings but this was everything I wanted and more. Leave it to Wright to make me story a story with a college setting lol! 👏😈

um, what did i just read? or at least attempt to read? i got to about 50% and i couldn’t physically read it anymore. i finally was able to get myself to stop.

this book is a train wreck. a sex filled, drug filled, power filled train wreck. im sorry but i can’t really explain it anymore. my first question is, why does Wren want to become a King if they are graduating college. they said that the whole “Kinghood” is a sorority thing in college; so if they’re graduated then it shouldn’t matter. my next major question is what the hell is going on with Alexis and these guys? she caters to them, handles their sexual needs, and is pretty much their whore forrr what? like i don’t understand. also, why is she set to marry Paxton? is this some Mafia cult type thing? generally so confused by this dynamic.

now let’s talk about the dynamic with Wren and Alexis. he’s obsessed with her, she hates him. wow, the perfect relationship. and i generally don’t understand why Wren wants Alexis so bad. he has every other girl begging at his feet to sleep with him — so why does he only want Alexis? and he’s obsessed with her, yet he hates her? this whole story is insane. i don’t even get me started on the weapon play — like what? i’ve read books with it before and it was fine but i can see Wren doing something stupid with the weapons to Alexis. sorry not sorry.

It’s good to have friends who have excellent taste in smut. I downloaded and read this immediately after one of my book friends said she fell in love with this and then proceeded to list all the kinks it contains (you know who you are and you’re fucking amazing for knowing how to reel me in). I didn’t need to know the plot or read the blurb. I just wanted to dive in. I’m not a newbie to spice packed novellas but even I was curious how all of that was going to be in 95 pages. Holy shit it didn’t disappoint. Add in super charged hate to love chemistry and this had me by the throat, much like Wren had Alexis. This is a novella that is setting up future books so there is a cliffhanger. I already need more of this group of Kings.

READ THIS. I’m sure I’m not alone in being the only one salivating for this story to continue (and I believe it will) but oh my god is it worth it for now. It doesn’t leave off on a spot that will torment you too much, AND THE SPICE!? The things in this little novella were crazy. I don’t know how G.N does it but wow can she pack a punch, even in something as short as this. Act now and jump into this story, you will not regret it.

hmmm. this was mediocre. i don’t want to call it bad (because it’s not), but it was missing something. the writing was a bit off. it felt very weird.

wren is very hot though. so is lex. they both had their cringe moments and the entire king thing was cringe as fuck but i still liked them. (wren is also a very sexy name for a guy btw).

still i can’t say this book was great but i can’t say it was bad either. i didn’t really have much emotion about it.

the only teensie issue i had was the slight mlm fetishization. it was just a wee bit weird to me. idk though since they were basically having a giant fucking orgy out of nowhere.
