9-1-1 Goldfish Emergency
TATE is the twelfth book in the Mountain Man Animal Rescue series and I adored this lovable story and couple. It all starts with a 9-1-1 Emergency that finds Clover arriving at the Marine Animal Rescue Center like a madwoman, clutching to a goldfish bowl like it is the Hope Diamond. To her two kids, Jade and Ruby, Dennis is that valuable. Clover had moved herself and the kids back to Alaska from Seattle after it was clear her ex-husband was not going to make time to be involved with the kids. She is determined to rebuild her life, even if her ex left more than a little damage in his wake. So when Dennis appeared to be sick Clover knew just the man to call for this emergency. Tate is the older brother of Delta, her and Reed's story is in the previous book, and Delta is Clover's best friend from when they were young. Tate has had a rough last year when his wife walked out on him and their two younger boys, Tate and Tanner, serving him with divorce papers a couple of weeks later. The ink has been dry for the last six months but Tate has been too busy to even think about dipping his toe back in the dating pool. So when he lays eyes on Clover after ten years his interest is immediately percolated. Sure he will take care of Dennis but he also wants to get to know Clover better, and her girls. So one dinner invite later leads to more heat in the kitchen than just some burnt garlic bread. As both are too busy and maybe not wanting to get involved again Tate proposes they become "good friends". Clover needs to think about it, until she wakes up later that night from a very naughty and satisfying dream. Will their "friendship" turn into something more? What will happen when Delta finds out?
I really loved this deliciously sweet, dirty naughty, and white hot sexy story that takes some fun and unexpected turns. Both Clover and Tate are perfectly matched and fit together right from the start, they just had to find their way there. I also really loved that Delta and Reed show up again with some funny scenes.

This is book 12 in the Mountain Man Animal Rescue series. This one is about Clover and Tate. They haven’t seen each other in more than a decade, and they’re both single parents of two kids each, after their marriages dissolved. Tate is Clover’s best friend Delta’s brother – and the guy she had a huge crush on growing up. Now she needs him to come to her goldfish rescue. But he ends up helping her out with more than just that.
An impromptu dinner invitation for Clover and her daughters leads to wonderful things, and they move quite quickly. Their chemistry is sizzling-hot, and a deal is brokered between them to benefit their unmet-for-a-long-time, physical needs. However, it doesn’t take long for them both to catch deep feelings that could cause problems if they let them.
This is an incredibly sweet and steam-filled story that gives us hope of HEA’s. The relationship developed between her daughters and his sons was also really cute. They just all clicked together from the start. She really was home. I give this book four and a half stars.

This series is what you get when you throw a curvy girl, love of animals and sometimes kids in the same boat so to speak. Clover single mom with girls headed home to Alaska to the good memories after so much pain from her last relationship, there she has family and friends hopefully to heal from her broken heart. Tate sexy as all get out mountain man and single dad of boys, his wife just up and left breaking his heart vowing to just raise his boys as best he could, love them completely and hope life will treat them kind. However, neither one of them asked fate because she throws them together with a vet. Emergency and the attraction is instant and intense neither of them can walkaway from it the pull is just to strong but she is his sister best friend and they both closed their hearts off. Will they see what fate has offered a second chance at love with each other and their kids and this time will they get their own HEA?

This is the twelfth book in the Mountain Man Animal Rescue series. I love Kate Tilney’s books, they're short, steamy with strong sassy women. The perfect book to read when you need a little break but don’t have the time to invest in a full-length novel. You don’t have to read any of the other books in this series to enjoy this one. You will see previous characters but it has no impact on the story. Tate and Clover have known each other for a long time. She’s friends with Tate’s sister. Both have been through bad divorces and they’re still feeling battered but that doesn’t stop the strong attraction they feel for one another. Will their friends with benefits deal turn in to something more?

Very sweet, short, steamy, fun story with some twists. Clover moves back to Alaska to start over with her two kids, Jade and Ruby and their goldfish Dennis. She leaves Seattle when she knew her ex wasn't going to make time for the kids. She and the kids have a crisis and have to take Dennis, the Goldfish, to the Marine Animal Rescue Center. There she finds Tate, her best friend Delta's brother. Tate has had as bad a year as Clover as his ex walked out on him and his boys, Taylor and Tanner, and he's doing his best to be the best Dad to them. Will Tate and Clover take a chance at finding love again with each other? Read and find out.

Clover and her two girls are back in their hometown. Tate and his two boys are still there . Each is now a single parent, dealing with the trauma of divorce and spouses who have really left the picture. Starting with their similar circumstances and feelings, they decide to become friends with benefits. By opening that door, all the other conversations and feelings just snowballed. The characters are heartwarming with their honesty, support and understanding. The storyline has great kids, sister/best friend, parents, great banter, surprises, patience and a lot of steam. Love their chemistry and their love of their kids and animals. The ending just fit perfectly... Yep... the Brady Bunch.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Tate is the twelfth book in the ‘’mountain man animal rescue’’ series.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Tate and Clover are both divorced single parents not looking for love. Tate is Clover’s best friends older brother. When they reconnect will love blossom between them?
The chemistry between Tate and Clover is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I look forward to more books from this series.

This was a great quick read; I have enjoyed all of them in this series. When Clover shows up with her kids' goldfish that is sick, Tate does what he can to save the fish. Together they decide to get their kids together for a play date. They realize that after all these years and past heartaches they have always had a connection.

Yours mine and ours seems to be the real title of the book. You have two single parent with two sets of kids and because they know each other from when they were kids it’s easier to make a match. Or try to start to come out of the shell after a divorce. Good storyline. As they say the kids are OK and that’s all we care about right? No cliffhanger

Clover has moved back to her hometown with her two daughters. She sees Tate and her high school crush comes back to life. Tate is getting over his wife upping and leaving him and his sons. Neither are looking for a relationship after having their hearts broken but both decide a friends with benefits might be good for both of them. This was engaging read. Tate and Clover are likeable characters and great single parents. The chemistry and spark between them is undeniable and hot. Some other woman drama but basically a feel good story. This is a sweet love story between two single parents finding love when they least expected to. I loved the way the author brought Tate and Clover together over a pet emergency. This is book twelve and a great addition to the Mountain Man Animal Rescue series. The writing is well done, the characters are believable and the happily ever after is perfect.

I love the single parent trope and this one had both! Tate and Clover have both suffered from their past relationship but as soon as they see each other again, sparks fly. This was sweet and sexy and I loved that there was no drama with his sister.

This a great short story involving two families that had divorce and kids in common. Tate and Clover had instant chemistry and i could tell it wouldn't take long to discover their love for each other.
