Lou Stock has always lived in a world of her own, continuously lost in her imagination. Whether in the forests that backed up to her home in Aberdeen when she was only six years old, the unique landscape of Singapore she discovered at eight, or the rolling woodlands that rolled up to Dartmoor during her teen years, there have always been new worlds to explore.

Now an adult living in Oakhurst, Texas, surrounded by trees, she has too many stories to tell. When she's not writing, Lou can be found hanging out with her family, crazy pup, or at the computer lost in her creativity of her successful graphic design business, L.J. Designs.

Wow, yet ANOTHER brilliant, engaging, romantic, and sizzling story from Lou Stock. Not that I'm the least bit surprised by this at all. Her talent knows no ends, and the chemistry she is able to create between her MCs is a talent like no other's. Get yourself ready for this one, ladies and gents. You're going to need a fan for those spicy scenes. 🥵

From the moment you meet him in the first chapter, you just know Logan is going to be a book boyfriend to remember. Strong, masculine, rock-steady, yet with an open heart that isn't afraid to tell Rina (Kat) exactly how much he wants her and what he plans to do with her once he gets it. There isn't anything lacking about this man. Not one thing. And Rina, our heroine, is the perfect mix of feisty yet vulnerable. It's a beautiful thing to watch her confidence grow because of Logan's attention, too.

But also be ready to absolutely loathe the villain in this book, because Elodie Winter is the kind of character you want to reach into the pages and grab, just so you have a chance to throttle her with your own hands. She is nasty, but isn't that what a good villain should be?

All in all, another 6 star book from Stock. She just keeps getting better and better and better. I can't wait to see what she brings to the table next.

Once again Lou has left me speechless, absolutely gob-smacked, everything this Lady writes has feeling, and passion, she puts her whole self into every book and it shows, you can feel it, you feel like you are there living it with the characters, no matter what genre she writes its always perfect. I loved every word in this book.

From the start you fall in love with Logan, you know he is a good guy that got himself in a bad situation, but he never hid anything from Kat, he was honest with her, and she knew he was engaged to Elodie Winter and he he was trapped into it, that he had no feelings for Elodie, but loved Kat, so the pair of them had to find a way to get him out of the contract so they could be together.

I haven't read any others in this series yet, but this one was a must as I have read all of Lou's books and knew she wouldn't disappoint, and of course, she didn't.

Logan is your typical bachelor business man who has got himself in a bit of a predicament, so has come back to Silverbell Shore and his brother and his family.

Katarina or Rina to her friends, is a young woman (who has lost her mother when she was younger) and is working hard to put herself through college.

From minute one, when the main characters are in each others presence, you know it’s going to be explosive in the best possible way. It was never going to be a single night!

I’ve got to say with Lou’s brilliant writing, I really felt for both characters in the situation they find themselves in.

We get Romance, Devotion and Pure Love as well as an enthralling story that keeps you hooked!

Returning to Silverbell Shore is like visiting an old friend who gets you. Lou Stock’s story with Logan and Katarina reels you in while twisting you up in the complicated mess of blackmail, threats, and lies. I adore Lou’s writing as she doesn’t spare your feelings. Logan and Kat are raw, real, and captivating.

What an amazing story! I fell in love with the characters - even the ones we shouldn’t. I constantly felt on edge because i was so sucked into the story. I loved watching the story unfold a little at a time. This is one of my “must read” authors and she never disappoints!
