One night, Vittoria misses dinner service at the family's renowned Sicilian restaurant. Emilia soon finds the body of her beloved twin...desecrated beyond belief. Devastated, Emilia sets out to find her sister's killer and to seek vengeance at any cost -- even if it means using dark magic that's been long forbidden.
Then Emilia meets Wrath, one of the Wicked princes of Hell she has been warned against in tales since she was a child. Wrath claims to be on Emilia's side, tasked by his master with solving the series of women's murders on the island. But when it comes to the Wicked, nothing is as it seems...

I'm mostly on instagram--where I'm always ready to talk fictional crushes and nerd out over books. (Okay, okay. I love talking with fellow readers!
Kerri Maniscalco grew up in a semi-haunted house outside NYC where her fascination with gothic settings began. In her spare time she reads everything she can get her hands on, cooks all kinds of food with her family and friends, and drinks entirely too much tea while discussing life’s finer points with her cats.
She is the #1 NYT and USA Today bestselling author of the STALKING JACK THE RIPPER quartet, the KINGDOM OF THE WICKED trilogy, and her forthcoming adult debut, THRONE OF THE FALLEN, set within the KINGDOM OF THE WICKED universe. Two other un-named titles will also be set within the KOTW world and will follow two different princes.
The Kingdom of the Wicked trilogy was the most convoluted murder mystery I have ever read! Yeah, I’m being a hater but what the actually fuck? We didn’t have to go to hell to solve the most idiotic set up for solving a crime I have ever seen. Anyways, now I’m done with the haterade, I liked the characters. Not much I can say about that.. And no way is this YA. Some of the scenes in the novels are not young adult friendly. It should have come with trigger warnings.
I love this series so much. The characters were written so well and everything was a twist. I really loved the brothers and how they were depicted. Also wrath is my new book husband so I love that for me. I also love how the FMC wasn’t left powerless when she was to be his equal in all ways. I think that was really important.

Spicy, intriguing, loved every book! Can't wait to read the spin off books to this series. Girl meets the 7 princes of hell- something different from fairy smut.
This was so beautiful! The way it was written kept you guessing. It was sexy and smooth and adventurous. Everything you want in a book. So beautiful I cried at the end happy tears.

Whether you read the stunning hardcover collection or listen to the mesmerizing audiobooks, this is a series you’ll never forget.Kingdom of the Wicked Box Set
I was and still am absolutely obsessed with this series. The first book moved slowly but boy oh boy did it pick up speed. I loved the banter Between Emilia and Wrath. Gluttony had to be my favorite character with his playfulness one second and annoyance the next. The only thing I was disappointed in was the ending of the last book with the battle between the houses of hell and the witches. All throughout the series I was expecting the battle to be epic and enthralling but it was so rushed and short lived that it felt like it was over with a snap of a finger. I still loved this series and I'm hoping she continues to expand the world and give the other Princes a chance to tell and make their own stories. Currently reading Throne of the Fallen and I've smirked more times than I can count with a certain prince being constantly put in his place. Love it.
Grl Pwr! ❗❗❗
I love the complex characters and dynamic throughout the series. I especially loved the character development of Emalia. I felt that this series should of been one book though considering the same problem in book one wasn't resolved until book three. Instead of solving issues one book at a time the problems kept stacking and stacking until a final solution at the end of book three. I'm fine with it since I read all three at one but I couldn't imagine if I had to wait for book releases.
Let me tell you, "Kingdom of the Wicked" had me hooked from the very first page! The dark and magical world created by Kerri Maniscalco was absolutely captivating. I was totally invested in Emilia's journey and the twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat. The forbidden romance and the witchy elements added an extra layer of intrigue that I couldn't get enough of. If you're looking for a thrilling and enchanting read, this book is a must-add to your TBR list! #KingdomOfTheWicked #BookReview #BookInfluencer #WitchyReads #ForbiddenRomance
Couldn't put them down. Loved that it came as a boxed set. This series started my true love for dark romance. The way Wrath would get possessive over her when she was around mixed company and the way he couldn't help himself but to steal touches here and there. Even with a potion to prevent him from feeling love his obsession and possessive nature was too exciting I couldn't help but wish I were the main character from the moment they were introduced to each other to the moment all curses were lifted
Loved the character development and chemistry between Emilia and wrath.
I loved the storyline and how you are immersed in their world. It kept me intrigued as who killed Vittoria. Also Emilia's love for her sister and vengeance. I was drawn into the story with all Emilia's emotions. I loved wrath and Emilia together their fighting and chemistry. I really enjoyed this trilogy and will be buying more books from Kerri Maniscalo.
OMG!! don't care what anybody says, this is a love story!!!!!!. of course filled with tension, murder, lies, curses, twist and turns, deception, betrayal, family problems, acceptance, courage, sacrifices in the pursuit of happiness.... but no matter how long time or curses are in the road and wicked things come in the way, it shows that Love is the most powerful thing that ever existed and Will conquer all. LOVE this whole series!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I enjoyed this entire trilogy but reading Kingdom of the Feared made all 3 books 5 stars for me. The slow burn was real, the love story was epic. The love between sisters strong. Emilia and Wrath were my favorites, but I loved each character in this story for their own reasons. The story was imaginative and built a unique world setting. This was so well written and I am looking forward to reading more of this authors work.
Okay I absolutely love this series. 100%. I did struggle with the last book but not because it’s good, just because I don’t like when characters have a totally different life before I knew them. Idk why but it makes them feel like strangers to me. But that doesn’t diminish the book, just my personal preference.

This trilogy takes you to the adventure... where you keep on guessing but twist and turn sets in a different way. Character build is remarkable. The plot is different. The conversations between various characters are so good. And i can say it's one of the best series in the fantasy genre. The writer did a great work in this series... love it.
I think I already rated the individual books after borrowing from a friend. Just bought these bc the Princes of Sin's series reflects back on the previous books so rereads will be welcomed as we get the stories of each of the Princes. These are super fun - not the greatest literary works, but incredibly fun plot, concept and characters.
totally binged the entire series in just three days - the whole vibe, the quick pace, the humour, and the morally ambiguous hero? It was absolute perfection..it was hot and sexy for some weird reason, something about gods of sins was just 🤌🏻
Might change my mind on a reread—taste evolved. Better books hit harder lately😭
The first book series that I DNF'd. I completed the first book and started liking the series, I could not make it through the second book. I became less rich in story and more predictable enemies to lovers. Just not for me right now. I love books too much to completely lose hope, and my goal is to try and finish it.
The kingdom of the wicked trilogy was a definite winner for me. I personally adored that our story begins in Italy, and is described in such beautiful detail that you can feel the warm, beautiful breezes and smell the delectable foods. Kerri Manuscalco does an incredible job of building an incredibly dark sinister world brimming with magic and wickedness. Creating the seven kingdoms of hell ruled by our charismatic princes who each rule with their deadly sin, was genius.
Our FMC Emilia is one to be cherished. She is intelligent, yet flawed, brave, inquisitive, and evolves into one savage bad ass boss biach. Our dark brooding MMC Wrath is charismatic, chivalrous, antagonistic, seductive and basically everything you’d hope for wrapped up in a flaming hot, sexy ribbon. ❤️🔥"Tɛɩɩ ɱɛ," ɧɛ ῳɧıʂ℘ɛཞɛɖ , ɧıʂ ۷ơıƈɛ ʂɩıɖıŋɠ ɩıƙɛ ʂıɩƙ ơ۷ɛཞ ɱყ ʄɩųʂɧɛɖ ʂƙıŋ. “𝓦𝓱𝓪𝓽?" 𝓶𝔂 𝓸𝔀𝓷 𝓿𝓸𝓲𝓬𝓮 𝓬𝓪𝓶𝓮 𝓸𝓾𝓽 𝓫𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓱𝓵𝓮𝓼𝓼." "I ąɱ ყơųཞ ʄą۷ơཞıɬɛ ʂıŋ."❤️🔥
This journey has so many twists and turns and is full of mystery and adventure. I loved the addition of each, and every character, their personalities charms and humor added so much to the story telling. The Goddess of Death was completely scintillating. The book starts out YA, and definitely evolves to NA. The romance and spice kicks up as you progress through the books. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and look forward to reading other books by this author.
Not really my cup of tea but the plot was definitely well written. I often found myself gasping when a secret was revealed. I turned every page with anticipation. I like the enemies-to-lovers vibe. I did cry at the end.
I simply loved this trilogy!! There's all I love about books in here: a great fantasy world, a mystery that is not at all predictable in the way things turn out to be and lovable characters!!
I won't say much more about these books as mere words could never do them justice ;)
I absolutely loved this series. I am a sucker for fantasy books with some romance as well. I thought the plot was well written and I my interest was kept throughout all 3 books.
Book one is good. I enjoyed the banter and the tension in it. I guessed the murderer pretty fast but it was still good. Well written, and I really want to make some of the wines and recipes in it.
