This book is titled "In Libro Vitae" written by P.A Thaddeus. The subtitle of the book goes as "Carpe Librum". This book is published by Authorhouse publishers on 7th February 2022. Speaking of the author, he is born at West Point Military Academy. He spends most of his life living in the Detroit suburbs. He likes cooking and has chosen it as his profession as well. Currently, he resides in Ferndale, Michigan. About his writing career, it began when he used to write short stories in high school. He also wrote poetry in college times. The novel "Care Librum" is his debut and he has written it meticulously. It is a well-written contemporary work which is the second book in the series. This book is more about a situation or event happening in the past. It almost looks like walking down the road of nostalgia.

The backdrop of the book is Cape Cove, Indiana. The time duration of the events happening around is the late 1990s. Due to the time duration handled the book emits a classical or traditional narration style. It is indeed like reading the books from my parent's bookshelf. Also, the people in the 90s will connect better with the narrative style and themes. The modern generation can look up to this and know the blast from the past as well. The language used is standard and one can easily comprehend it without many difficulties.

Moreover, this book is a well-written piece. The writer has done research before penning this piece. All the 16 chapters are written with much information. The story moves in a fast-paced manner. The characters are major and minor, they adequately play their role. Henceforth, this book is recommended to all those who love to read a different kind of fiction from their usual kind.
