Build your self-confidence with the 8 Step Confidence Course , and feel good about who you are and the life you live.
There is something more important than achieving your goals, it is feeling good about yourself regardless. In the 8 Step Confidence Course , happiness expert Domonique Bertolucci shows you exactly what you need to do to feel good about who you are, and the life you live.
Your confidence shouldn't be dependent on the goals you have achieved, the feedback you get from others, your waistline or the amount in your bank account. Self-confidence isn't based on what you've got or what you've done.
But how do you build and maintain self-confidence? This eight-step course has been designed to inspire you to achieving ongoing self-confidence and feeling good about who you are.
Domonique Bertolucci's Mindset Matters series will show you how to unlock the power of your mindset to live your best life.
I've just finished the audible copy of this confidence crash course. If you have a paid Audible account it's included.
The author speaks clearly and makes it feel very personal as if you're having a one-to-one session. I found myself nodding and answering questions along the way. I even laughed sometimes as it felt like she was reading my mind.
The first 2 episodes were okay, but it was episode three which really made my ears prick up when she used a software anecdote it really resonated with me and made me realise I'm okay as I am but there's nothing wrong with upgrading ❤️.
I finished the 8 episodes in 2 days. I plan on using techniques she spoke about to make small adjustments to my life and then see what happens.
Surprised by only 9 ratings - this book is being slept on. WHAT a beauty of a book. Did not drag on - hit the nail on the head in every chapter in the best way possible. Best book of the year for me - heck, one of my best reads ever. This is the first time I’m reviewing a book here - so that says something!
Snappy, relatable and makes being confident seem achievable with a few small mindset shifts. I think I’ll have to return to it regularly to make sure I’m embedding the 8 steps into my life.
