Easy to read. The illustrating pictures and explanation in the early chapters are somewhat helpful. However, short videos will be a lot more useful since I still find it hard to know if I am doing it correctly. the last few chapters provide routines, other skincare & nutrition advice are quite helpful, especially when they also include the pictures so you don't have to flip back and find them.
