A very pleasant graded,* Latin reader. It contains sixty short selections on Roman mythology, history and culture beginning with very simple compositions, Poeta fabulam narrant, to unadapted selections by Pliny and Martial.

This is in reference to the 1986 Jubilee Aniversary edition by Methuen Educational.

I really liked this reader. It felt very Cambridge-esque, actually, but with different topics (history, political system, etc.). Would be good for review. Tightly-controlled vocab.
