First of all thanks to Rani Ramakrishnan for providing me the book for a review. The book is really outstanding. Till the end of the book you will never know who all are culprit and who are heroes. This book is about Mohammed family consisting of 7 members Arif, Laila, Meher, Hema, Arman, Kabir and Tamanna. The story revolves around this family where Arman and Kabir are identical twins. Nadia Arman's fiancee is also part of the story. Arman is a doctor and he goes to us for further studies and in that time period Kabir becomes too close to Nadia and he starts looking her. This book is a thriller even a small thing can give away the story so read it to know it. The story is very interesting and keeps you to the hook to the last page. At the start of the story you will not understand what's going on but as you progress you will grasp it. Rani has written this book with very much heart as till the end of the book you will find twists. Language used is normal Indian understandable English wherein you can easily understand it. Worth reading this book atleast once. Actually this book can be converted into a movie or series and people will enjoy watching the hospital drama.Overall I would say am super awesome Goodreads....🙂

While their outer behavior suggests a feud for a girl, there is a bigger reason that turned the brothers rivals. The author succeeds in weaving a taut psychological thriller around this story idea, with a racy narration that keeps throwing twists every few pages.
The layered characters are the highlight of the story as none of them are what they seem at the outset. I also loved how unconventional and mysterious the character of Raeth is, when the truth is revealed the reader is sure to be shocked. The reader will keep guessing about what is going on in the minds of the characters and what will be their next move.
The first half hence impresses more with multiple threads going in parallel that are tied up in the second half. I read couple of books of the author and this is the best book so far. I would have loved to read more about Arman’s perspective on the happenings as the story is narrated mostly by Kabir.
Pick this one for an entertaining, edge-of-seat thriller.

They themselves held this view, but everything changed when Arman Mohammed returned after completing his higher studies.
Kabir, a lawyer by profession, is onto something that will alter the course of his brother's life. Those who once shared a tight bond suddenly become enemies, resulting in a treacherous end. Is it the end of their loving bond?
Both brothers harbor deep secrets hidden from the world. Having followed similar paths until now, they now choose directions that lead them away from each other. Are these their own choices, or are they manipulated by others? Is Kabir really capable of brutally killing his own brother?
Kabir's companion, Raeth, is mysterious and complicated character in this story. The author doesn’t reveal much about her, but her detective mind and leadership intelligence are fascinating.
I would have liked a deeper exploration of Arman and Nadia's characters. While the initial part of the story intrigued me, I found the last few chapters rushed. Including Arman's perspective could have added depth to the narrative. I'm eager to discover more about the Mohammed family and Raeth in future installments.
Overall, it's a compelling thriller with a realistic and mysterious plot.
This is a must-read for fans of murder mysteries with thrilling plots.

The book "Treacherous Bloodline" is a gripping crime thriller which is full of mysteries, suspenses and twists. Two brothers Kabir and Armaan and a girl Nadia, who happens to be Armaan's finance are the key characters of the book. As the story unfolds, the family is excited to welcome Arman, who has just returned from abroad after completing his higher studies but Kabir, who is a professional lawyer seems to be the only one in the family who is not happy with his brother's return. Kabir would go to any extent to break Arman and Nadia's engagement. While Arman who is protrayed as an ideal son, carries a secret inside him which he can't let the world know at any cost. These identical twins and their respective secrets create the plot of the book. Why Kabir doesn't want Arman and Nadia to get married? Why he is after his own brother? Does Kabir love Nadia? What is Arman's big secret? What did he do that nobody knows about? Is the Arif Mohammad family actually an ideal, happy family or is it full of mysteries?
To find the answers you need to read this exciting thriller which is full of surprises. The story has been brilliantly penned down by the author. The language is simple and the characters are well-sketched, specifically the author has excellently sketched the Raeth's character which grips the reader's interest throughout. Thus the book narrates the tragedy of a "seem to be happy" family in a very well manner with a mixture of unexpected twists and turns. This book put me on edge while reading, I am so intrigued by the turn of events and it is definitely a page turner. I couldn't stop myself from reading it further. It has created the curiosity to know more and it is gripping. The twists and turns of the events, mysteries and everything were a perfect blend and each character was very well depicted. I don't wanna talk more about characters and ruin the thrill for you but this book is absolutely amazing. The writer made me suspect each and every character in the story and I was so into the book that I wanted to solve the mystery before it is revealed. All the scenes the emotions and the revelations were great. If you want a family drama, suspense thriller that doesn't bore you you should definitely give it a try ✨✨

"Treacherous Bloodline" From the plot, one gets entangled in a tumultuous family relationships’ theme that is as touching as it is evil. We focus on two brothers, Kabir and Arman Mohammed, who were completely different personalities but share strong feeling of brotherhood and spades of secrets. Kabir, a strict legalistic man with firm principles to hold, becomes involved in the film’s primary plot, which is to dethrone his brother’s fiancé – a plot in itself that gives an indistinct hint of Kabir’s internal struggle accompanied by the ulterior motives that whirl him. On the other hand, Arman, who has just returned from abroad, looks like the most promise son-in-law but here is a man with veneer of a decent and handsome man who has sinister look in his eyes.
What is appealing in this story is that each of the brothers appears to be a part of the other’s life. They are angry at each other, misinterpret signals, and attempt to harm one another, but you sense the depth of their connection. It’s not a story of simple jealousy of one brother over the other, or jealousy due to privation of attention from parents; it is actually a suspense movie that seeks to explore the problem of what happens when family bonds and his or her secrets clash.
The latter absorbs the reader with the extent of the twists and turns of the narrative, and true-to-life characters that help consider everybody next to you a character from the reader’s favorite book. This electrifying book of Nelson is a gripping mystery, for those who like to read to explore how strong is the bond of the family or love is closer to betrayal.

Kabir who is a human rights lawyer, has become friends with Nadia in Arman’s absence and is trying hard to break Arman’s engagement with Nadia, though Nadia is against this madness of Kabir. Kabir is also meeting a person named Raeth, which is another mystery. Meanwhile, the Mohammed family believes that Kabir is lusting Arman's fiancee Nadia and when they are not ready to accept this shock, another one strikes as Kabir is found have done an attempt of murder on his brother, Armaan! Why had Kabir done it? Read this novel to know more.
The author have done a good job in narrating the storyline with amazing twists and turns. The story appears to be very intriguing from the beginning, which gives us an urge to read the rest. But I felt confused at some point of the novel, and also was a little slow paced at the middle and towards the end the story was rushed. But even though, the author was able to keep the narrative intact and the final outcome is good. I would recommend this book to all of them who loves crime thrillers.

"Treacherous Bloodline" is the second book of the mystery thriller series The Mohammeds and a totally different story from the first. But I suggest you read the first book, first, as both the story revolves around the same family, different members.
In this book the story revolves around Armaan, Kabir and Armaan's fiance Nadia and the whole Mohammeds family. The story starts with a brutal scene, Armaan is brutally injured and lying in the pool of his blood and Kabir holding a knife in his hand. Armaan and Kabir, the twins, who used to be so close to each other, came to the point of killing each other. Now we go back in time to see what transpired between these characters that the situation came to here.
The book is very fast paced and action packed. The story starts with so many secrets, betrayals that you can't even blink for once. In every chapter there's twists and turns and some revelations. All the characters are mysterious and their actions are highly suspicious.
The other part you would like is the family dynamics and brotherhood and how they changed all through the journey. There is also romance and Kabir's understanding of true love is also exciting to read.

A series of incidents takes place and the reader is intrigued by each of them.The characters are interesting and they hold deep secrets within them . This spikes the reader's interests .
The story is slow paced and I felt it was a bit of drag for me. 50% of the book shows Kabir trying to convince Nadia to break off her engagement. I felt that the plot could have been better if it was not dragged unnecessarily.
