This is the 3rd book in this phenomenal series, and somehow these stories just seem to get better and better. This is an emotional roller coaster journey throughout, and just when all of the characters seem to be in their happy place, fate intervenes once again when demons from the past once again raises their ugly heads, and are set to destroy wherever possible. This is a well written flawless story which had me totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and I cannot wait to read the next book in this heartbreaking masterpiece.

The 3rd book of The Twisted Series is so captivating. All the twists and turns had me on the edge of my seat. Miles, Jax, Reanna, and Danny...just whoa. To read about the demons of the past...it just makes you think. This book takes you on an emotional rollcoaster, but after you get off...you will definitely want to get on the next ride. Thank God there is a book 4.

Dang it!! What the Hell did you do?!! I let this author tear out my heart and watched these couples go through their healing. They find their happy place and life is finally looking up. Yeah this is a perfect case of Murphy's Law and this author plays us all to well destroying everything we know to be true about these two couples. Prepare yourself. You will have to remind yourself that your kindle is innocent and is only the messenger. You will have to remind yourself over and over that it's just a book, don't get too excited, do not reach out because these are fictional characters.

What starts off as peace and serenity doesn't stay that way and our beloved characters enter the twilight zone where nothing is what it is supposed to be. I can't give you details because it will spoil it all for you. Suffice it to say lines are drawn and boundaries are crossed. Lives will never be the same for all involved. Betrayal, broken promises, lies, truths not revealed it all comes apart as the walls come tumbling down. Secrets have a way of coming to light.

This is book 3 in the series and is even better then the first two. Such a built up and show you that in murphy's law that anything will go wrong. This story tears down relationships and makes your whole body hurt for all of the characters. I couldn't believe what I was reading and I didn't want to put down my kindle as I was so invested in what will happen next. If you loved the first two books in the series then this third one is the book that will have you mouth dropping and engulfed totally to see how the book ends. However it doesn't end. There is going to be a continuation in this series that will make you wish Emily Rose had the book written already so you would be able to jump into it and see what will happen next.

The couples in this book were happy then past demons came back to haunt them. Gah! so many emotions you will be put through with this story. I will be reading the next story to see what will happen with these couples.

Omg this book is so freaking awesome. Talking about toxic this fits the book. So many lies and betrayal . I couldn't believe Miles left Ray right after being married with his ex Mia . Even though it was for her brother it was still shocking. Ray couldn't handle it . Ray and Jaxson grew so close . So close they had sex one night. Ray couldn't believe she cheated on her husband and betrayed her best friend by sleeping with her ex. On top of that everything explodes when Miles comes back to town he knows something isn't right. He figures it all out. He fired Jax and their friendship fell out a lot. After all that and Twisted the bar Miles owned caught on fire and killed Kevin their friend . Almost killed Miles and Jaxson. Ray couldn't take all of this mess and left town. She realized she was pregnant and stayed gone for over 4 months. She finally came back to tell Miles and Jaxson. Miles couldn't handle seeing her like that after not hearing from her for months. He was slowly breaking down. Sadly one night turned into Miles turning on Jaxson and trying to kill him which ended with him being in prison. He thought life couldn't get any better for him but little did he know when that baby boy was born those eyes revealed Miles was his father . I am so hooked on this story I'm about to dive into Tainted now to see the ending. Emily you kicked butt with this series .

5 Freakin Toxic stars

Holy fuck! Emily has given me whiplash with this book. So much happens in this book, that you can’t stop reading from the first damn page. Just when you thought things were finally getting better, BAM another plot twist. My heart aches for every damn character. She makes you feel like it’s you in the book feeling everything the characters do. I loved every chapter, and can’t wait to see what the next book holds.

I read the first page in this book before I stopped and binge read the first 2 books in the series. I knew right away I wanted to know everything about these characters. From the start, I loved them. I loved the world Emily had created in this series. At the end of book 2, I was happy they finally seemed happy.

Then I started Toxic. Don't get me wrong, I loved it too. But it didn't take long before I was so angry. I was mad at the characters, wondering why in the world they would do what they were doing. I was sad at the choices made, sad for the people hurt, mad at the ones responsible.

This book brought out all the emotions. Emily makes you hate characters you loved and love those who don't deserve it. Even through all the lies and mistakes made, you want this "family" to make it through.

The thing I hated about this book was all the questions I was still left with at the end. I guess I'll be waiting for the next book. Thanks a lot Emily. 😉

Okay, so let me start by saying that I loved the first two books in the series. We meet characters that have pasts that twist around each other that find their way back to each other and get their HEA’s.

I’m honestly not sure why book three was written. We take everyone we met in the first two books, plus a ton of new characters and throw them all together. Then they get thrown into a blender to see who ends up where.

We deal with a lot of topics that kill the HEA’s we got in the prior two books. We have addictions, lies, cheaters, and the hits just keep on coming for these poor folks.

I give this book a 3 Star review in the hopes that book four starts with book three all being a bad dream for someone. Please bring back the happy for these poor characters.

"Toxic" is a novel that will leave you smiling one minute, gasping the next, make you want to throw the book the next and crying the next. Emily Rose has delivered another fantastic chapter in the Twisted Series. Ms. Rose weaves a story that will leave you asking "What is next for these tortured souls?" and "Can the next book be released tomorrow please?"

Seriously, I have not read a series like this in a very long time. The beautifully haunting story and amazing characters keeps you enthralled from page one to the last "To Be Continued!" Seriously, if you haven't begun this series, start today!! You will not be sorry!!

This is the 3rd book in the "Twisted Series". I absolutely loved this book. There are so many twists and turns that it held me captive from the first page. I couldn't put this book down. Emily has me having a love/hate relationship with Miles, Ray, Jaxon and Danny. Then in the next breathe wanting so much more for each of them. I went through all the feels along side these characters as they show us how broken they all really are as their pasts finally catch up with them. We are left with a cliffhanger and I cannot wait to see how this story concludes in Book 4. This series is for sure a MUST read.

Wow!! I'm not even sure how to put into words how this book made me feel. It was so emotional and heartbreaking. There were so many bad choices the characters made that could have been avoided. But I think that's what I really like about Emily's writing. She writes her characters as if they are real people who make their own choices instead of her writing a HEA. My heart broke for these characters as if I grew up with them, had known them my entire life. I screamed at them, cried with them, mourned with them. It's been a long time since a book had such hold over me. I applaud the author. It was one heck of a ride!

Emily's writing and storytelling has grown since she began writing the twisted series. She made me love these characters, hate them, and empathize with them. This story is not like the first two in the series. It throws you for a loop. There are so many unexpected turns within this story that it leaves you reeling. I cannot wait to see what she comes up with next.

Holy crap!

What in the ever loving hell did I just read?!! I think my heart is in my mouth and my head is well and truly mashed!!!
This book is a total mind and emotion f***!! Just when you think they have got their sh*! together, more lies and hidden truths come to light. I can't take any more!

Emily is Amazing!!! All the twists and turns in Toxic will have you up all night trying to finish! So unpredictably entertaining. My heart broke reading this! Emily definitely has me hooked like a junkie after this one! This should be on everyone’s TBR list!! Can not wait for book 4!!!
