As Patrick’s behavior escalates, Nellie relies on the help of Pauline Ziegler, a tattooed and tireless advocate who has a stalker of her own but who refuses to be victimized again. Alternating between three perspectives, Safe Heights is dark chick literature that explores trauma, healing, and the nature of personal change and accountability.
