Great strategies for reclaiming your power!
I came to a realization when reading this book that there are so many things in life I avoided making decisions about! By deciding not to decide, I just let things happen, or let others decide for me in order to avoid conflict. Needless to say, I really needed this book. I love how the author talks about growing into our emotional adulthood. There really are so many gems in this book. I’ll be going back through it with her workbook to really step into this work. Recommended for anyone who is ready to take hold of their power to decide!

Great strategies and inspiration
This book resonated with decisions I was wrestling with. The stories of the experiences of other women were encouraging and helped me understand my stuck places and as a bonus I discovered I am a hummingbird not a jackhammer! I kept wanting to wake up my snoring partner to read sections of the book to him. Anyone who has struggled with making decisions will benefit from this book.

Exceptional Read
Unlike other “self-help” books, this one is much more focused on the reader, not the author. The stories from real people only reinforce the author’s messages relating to mindset, purpose, positivity, and letting go of past regret. I think it’s an exceptional read for people at at every stage in their lives, especially those yearning for more personal fulfillment.
