Thanks to the gang for providing these recipes and for making HBD as easy and as delicious as possible for everyone. This isn’t a ‘how to’ book for The Human Being Diet, it’s a cookbook to help you navigate an enjoyable and delicious path through the programme.
I love everything about this! I’d recommend it to everyone above the age of 17 it is a good way to start with healthy eating habits early but never too late to start. Get these habits ingrained! There is faaaar too much food in our faces every day. HBD brings us back to how we are supposed to live and do life!
