Excellent pace. Keeps the pages turning.

Tightly written with great street language propels the story line forward to the surprising conclusion. You want to keep reading.

Oh my

A short story of an interrogation . New major squad detective Alec Barnes is on his first shift with Detective Marciela Diaz. She is a legend in Tampa for her work in narcotics . He goes with her to a shoot out and witnesses her interrogation of one of the gang. He is impressed with her skill. The ending is a surprise . Typos
This could be the beginning of a great series though .
