Ever since my very public divorce, I avoid men where I can. Until I find myself in a surprise shifter attack and a hot wolf rescues me. He says it’s safer for me to stay at his place for a while. It’s a crazy offer from a stranger, but he feels so safe and warm…
But staying at his place turns out to be more challenging than I thought. There’s this chemistry crackling in the air, this barely contained passion. Is it just because I haven’t been with anyone for a while? Or is it the work of the magic that has affected the pack for so long?
I know I should focus on other things than his phenomenal body. Like the fact that something strange is going on in this town. The pack comes first, and this dangerous magic must be controlled. But underneath it all, what I really want is to unleash its full power…
And have him show me the scorching heat of real magic…
The women of the Silvercoast Wolves pack have envy-provoking lives. They live in a beautiful small town, are surrounded by the hottest guys on the coast, and once they’ve found true love, their mates will stop at nothing to please them. Want to come and visit?
Ruby lives on a farm with her two daughters and husband. Besides horses, chickens, and a donkey, she sometimes imagines that there are other types of animals on her farm, too... Animals that turn into Very Hot Men at night to look for their mates... Whenever that happens, she turns to her computer and writes down the paranormal love stories of these rough Wolf, Bear, and Dragon shifters who will destroy any obstacle to protect their mate. Come and enjoy the steamy, suspenseful, and slightly sweaty adventures of Ruby's shifter romance world.
Nadine is attacked by bear shifters who are under the influence of the cursed goblin treasure. She is saved by Will who instantly feels a connection to her. Nadine was an abused wife and is skeptical of her feelings for Will and the town that shunned her. Will knows that she is the one for him but has to keep her safe first. While I enjoyed this continuing tale of the Silvercoast Wolves there is something about the writing that has me only giving it 3 stars. It could be that I find the shifters here sort of abrasive, Will is not but the other characters are and the story has an awkward flow that has me struggling to get through it.
I really enjoyed this book. The cursed treasure is back, it wasn’t all destroyed now they have to find this treasure before it effects the town again. You got to know Nadine and you felt for her. It was so scary when the bears attacked her and you thought she was a goner! Thank goodness for Will, he saves her and protects her. This was a page turner and I really liked how Nadine treated the bears at the end. This was a good read and I would recommend it.
This was such a great read! Nadine and Will were wonderful together! Nadine was very cautious due to her past and Will was just plain cynical. They were both older so they did not expect to find each other late in life. I really enjoyed this book and hope that you will enjoy it as much as I did!
Will & Nadine: he never thought he would find his mate and he was okay with just helping the clan. She was exile from the clan 10 years ago for standing up to her abusive husband, but now she's hurt and needs help. The characters will take you on twists and turns through out their journey to find out what's making their clan sick and to find their mate.
I always love wolves who have lost a mate, get a second chance at happiness. Will should have known she was his mate how drawn he was to her, even in her battered state. Ryel is seriously a badass alpha, with his magicks.
Two wolf shifters fall in love mates! Adults only!
Though the goblins are gone they are still causing trouble! The magic gold sickness is still around! Great series it is hard not to enjoy the fated love romances!
Nadine was forced out of town by her husband's abuse. For seven years she lived alone by the ocean. Then she was attacked by 4 bears looking for treasure.
I thought there would be some read of talk of them starting a family but I understand that wasn’t the bases of the story, but in all and all it was a good read.
