An introduction to Sleep, why we worry about sleep, styles of sleep historically, sleep environments, rest patterns and approaches to sleep.
It touches on some of the causes of sleep deprivation and suggests a few solutions (even based on age bands) to tackle sleep issues, sleep anxiety, amongst others.
While this is not a very deep read, it was nice to go through this book. Felt like the right time to have read this, as I was working on resting more alongside a now active lifestyle.
This book also touches on the concept of worrying about falling asleep and tried to put one at ease about sleep anxiety through methods to tackle the same.
