An older, rich, and handsome man swept the poor girl off her feet. Cleo saw Scarlet at a diner one night, got interested in her, and decided to show up every night just to see and talk to her. Eventually they gave in to the attraction, and got their HEA.
It was okay, I guess, but it didn't pull me into the story.🤷♀️

This is book three in the Alpha Billionaires series older alpha and younger women who bring them to their knees. Scarlet hasn’t had a break with life adulting is hard, but she is getting it down working two jobs to put herself through school, keep a roof over her head and a little food in her belly. But lately she is struggling more due to her shifts being cut back forcing changes. Cleo sexy as all get out billionaire alpha personified, possessive, oh, so gorgeous, brooding with a very cynical attitude towards the world due what he has seen/heard as an attorney so meeting the beautiful young innocent women bring so much sunshine to his dark world that he needs her around all the time or so he tells himself. The attraction is instant and intense both drawn to one another and the more time they spend around each other stronger the pull is between them will he realize there is still good in the world around him, can she depend on him, and can they find happiness on the path chosen?

Our hero knew she was the one from the moment he met her. All he had to do was convince her.
This is book three of the series but each story is written as a standalone, so no prior reading is required.
The is a short and steamy story with an age-gap theme. The story is well written and easy to read with a fun cast of characters. Both the hero and heroine are well developed and likeable. Our hero may have to work a bit to get her attention, but once she truly sees him, things get really fun. And steamy. Overall, a highly enjoyable story and I look forward to more in this series.

I like instant love connection stories. That's the love story of Cleo and Scarlet. Plus it's a little hot. He's the rich man, kind of having a bad day and needs to do something different to take his mind off business. He enters a diner and meets Scarlet, a cute little waitress. She's doing several jobs as well as attending college. They both want to know more about each other. Read it to see for yourself. I enjoyed it. Written by Cindy :)

I loved everything about this story except the sexy billionaire's name......Cleo.
Scarlet is struggling with two jobs and school. Cleo, a lawyer, is tired of all the negativity. Their encounter changes everything for them.
A short, intense, steamy read. Will keep this book to read again and again.

I love Scarlet an Cleo. This was a fast and good read. I enjoyed the story line and character development. As always with BL Brooks I truly enjoyed this book. No ow/Om drama, HEA, no cheating, no cliffhanger, safe read

The author has given us a wonderful older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Cleo and Scarlet and does not let go. A chance encounter at a diner is enough to change their lives, forever.
