I saw the position on nannies4hirenow.com and took it, even though I had never been in this town once in my life and wasn't exactly looking for a short-term gig.

WHAT I LIKED:
This was disgustingly sweet and sexy and I loved it. Also, as far as insta love/romance goes, Molly and Major did the SUPER insta love on a whole another level it was so fast haha. I really enjoyed this quickie and Molly and Major’s chemistry from the moment they met right to the end. They kept me wanting to read more about them. Major owns his businesses but gets his hands dirty and the blue collar men are such a turn on when reading romances. Molly was sweet and I like that she was bold with what she wanted.

I personally had no issue with this quick read.

Love their sex scenes. For a virgin, Molly for me was bold and I would even say naughty.

Todd and Jane smh, miserable and hell. Maybe Jane needs her own story. How Jane got her groove back.

Insta everything. Nice palate cleanser

Mike (35) Major wants a wife. He works at his own mechanic shop and he’s ready to settle down. He becomes instantly attracted to the new nanny next door.

Molly just finished getting her degree in childhood education (so early 20s). She becomes the nanny to a horrible couple who aren’t happy. Then she meets Mike. And it’s instant everything.

When she goes to borrow “sugar” things heat up quickly 🔥🥵. This man has a diiiiiirty mouth and he likes it all dirty and filthy. The smexxy times are hooooot.

Although she’s a v, she sure becomes very into everything smexx related🤔. It’s like second nature to her or something😬. And she feels no pain… good for her lol. I love how passionate and into her Mike is. He’s totally Jp and protective.

Overall, this was a cute, sweet, steamy read. Totally OTT but I knew that going in.

Ohhh. And this has a breeding kink lol. Tons of kids in the epilogue 😅 and HEA. LOVED that lol

Oh lord. This was sooooo cringy! Like if Dad jokes married porn, this would be the result 😂.

Molly, the next door neighbour and nanny, goes over to Major’s house to “borrow a cup of sugar”. Then there’s a bunch of back and forth about “baking”, with double entendres that went on for too long to be anything but cringy. Then, after he confesses that he doesn’t have the ingredients to bake, he asks her if she wants to “make some magic” instead 😵‍💫.

The horrible “baking” double entendres continued with this gem:

"Mike Major, will you fill this up with your baby batter? Because screw the cake, I want you to make me a mommy." 🥴

And that’s when I decided I could take no more and threw in the towel at 52%.

This was a great addition to the series! Virgin heroine, not sure about the hero! No drama, no cheating.

3.5 stars - This is not quite as cheesy as others in the collection but there's still plenty of it. There's also a lot of fantastic dirty talk in this wild, OTT quick read. I'm not sure who's dirtier, Major or Molly?

All for the sugar!!!

Molly and Major are all about the filthy desires!!! Major is reevaluating his life choices and wondering if he missed out on the opportunity for love while building his business. Molly takes a job as a live in nanny, across the street from Major. On the day she moves in, she sees him walking up and thinks maybe her real desire is about to come true, to be a wife and a mom. There is plenty of heat, and just the perfect amount of filth to keep you turning the pages. Great start to the series!

The chemistry was intense and the sweet and sexy romance between Mike and Molly doesn’t disappoint.

While I liked them together, I had a hard time actually connecting with them and feeling their chemistry because of the innuendo. It turned pretty cheesy. This author is known for her comedy and throwing in innuendo but it didn't feel organic for me in this one.

I love insta love and OTT stories. But this book is like next level. There is no build up to their relationship. They meet and a few short days later which are only a paragraph or two they’re trying to get pregnant and professing their love. Not to mention the sex talk is just wacky.

I usually enjoy the insta-love stories but this one was a little too much for me. There was't as much chemistry as I would have liked between Major and Molly, two people who desire to start a family. Yes, plenty of steamy scenes between them but the dialogue during those scenes was distracting at time. I liked the premise but just not how it came together. Add in the plot about the family that Molly was nannying for, it was a little disjointed for me.

Major was so great, I liked him so much. He cared Molly with his whole life. Everything he did was so touched.

"I love you, Molly. I have since the day I fucking met you, carrying your mattress to another man's house." He laughs, and so do I.

"That sounds so wrong."
"I know, I'm just... Listen, Molly. We've talked about this a hundred times since then. I love you and you love me, and we're going to have a family together."

"Yes," I say, "we are." I say it emphatically, but he doesn't notice. He's too spun up in the proposal.

"Marry me. Make me yours because goddammit, Molly, I'll be yours forever."

"Just a second," I say. I run down the hall to the bedroom, but he's chasing after me, laughing, ready for whatever news I have to share. I hand him the pregnancy test. "Look."

I could keep laughing about this book for ages, but let’s move on, shall we?
I saw that title of this book and thought, “omg thats hilarious, I have to try it”
And I did.
I tried.
But I really couldn’t take anything seriously.
First of all, the male lead is a chauvinistic pig.
Which is funny, because line two of chapter one is: “not because I’m an some chauvinistic pig.”
But here’s the thing—he IS.
The most significant moment I can think of is that he feels like the main character “needs a man to protect her”, which is…wow.
Also, I couldn’t really grow to like any of the characters. Major came off as an asshole, and kinda felt like a deadbeat dad.
Molly, the female lead, had the following personality traits:
-wants kids
-wants a husband
The end.
Yep, that’s it guys.
And I guess I could be fine with this—I could handle it. But then came lines like these:
“Screw the cake. His batter’s what I really need.”
“Will you fill me up with your baby batter? Because screw the cake, I want you to make me a mommy.”

He longs for a woman, who will wait for him at home, a homecooked meal and loving, he is not chauvinistic, but would enjoy it, not to be superior to the woman, he is old fashioned. Now at 35, being financial setted, he is afraid not to find love in his life and missed what is important Then his neighbours let a nanny move in over their garage, Molly. When Major sees her, he knows she is special.He helps her move in and she tells him she hopes to get kids and be a full time mom. Molly has been focused on work and studies the last year, but if being true to herself would love a family and love of her own, the guy next door makes her swoon. She is afraid to scare him away with her wishes, but then she is a little afraid, but then it gets sweet and dirty....
This is a great mix of sweet and dirty/steamy. You get what you expect in the best way, an alpha male, who tells his woman what he wants and worships her. I really enjoyed the episodes and sugar made me laugh.

That all changes when Molly moves in across the street from him as his neighbors new nanny. They are both instantly attracted to each other and feel a strong pull toward the other person. Major knows pretty quickly that Molly is the woman he has been waiting for and knows that she is meant to be his wife and the mother of his children. Thankfully they both want the same things in life and go after it wholeheartedly. I absolutely love how deeply they loved each other and just wanted to do everything in their power to make each other happy. This was a great addition to the series!

Molly struggle to unload her U-Haul herself so when Major offers to help, she gladly accepts. Sparks fly between them, but Major doesn't make a move. However, when Molly comes by later for sugar he doesn't hold back. Molly was hoping this job was going to be good but when she overhears the parents of the kids, she's watching fighting she starts to worry. Major laid everything out to Molly about what he wanted from a partner. Will Molly decide to give Major a chance?

This is a great story that will draw you in from the first chapter on. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Molly is his newest neighbor and he really wants to get to know her. He has his business and his home, but he wants someone to share it with. He sees Molly as that someone. Major is all male, muscular, good looking and hot! Molly is much younger, curvy, friendly and is his neighbor’s new nanny. Does Molly feel the connection? There are sparks, electricity and some sexy hotness. The story is about instant attraction, instant chemistry, instant love. It is a great little read which makes you believe in “the one”.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Bred winner is a novella in the ‘’filthy dirty desires’’ collection.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Major is a successful businessman that wants to find love and settle down. When his new neighbours hire a nanny, he wants her. Will Molly give Major a chance?
The chemistry between Molly and Major is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

Things are not stable with her job so it is good that she met Major that first day. Short, fast paced, age gap romance. I wish there was a little more to the story.
