Ten years ago there was an instant connection between Taya and Scottie. While the two seemed to be on a path to a true love, Scottie ends up on the wrong side of the law. But when he comes back to her can she forgive him for walking down the wrong path? Or will the secret that she has been hiding from him be too much for him to overcome? With characters that the reader instantly falls in love with and a storyline that was heart breaking and at the same time heartwarming this was a great read. Circumstances might have gotten in the way but true love never dies.

Sweet

A very steamy and tender read. It was definitely a second chance Happily Ever After. I loved the chemistry between the characters and the love of family theme in the book.
