Según Todd, la evolución religiosa, económica e ideológica de un grupo humano está profundamente condicionada por su arcaica constitución antropológica, de la que familia y religión no son, aun siendo importantes, sino dos aspectos de un concepto mucho más amplio.

Emmanuel Todd is a French historian, anthropologist, demographer, sociologist and political scientist at the National Institute of Demographic Studies (INED) in Paris. His research examines the different types of families worldwide and how there are matching beliefs, ideologies and political systems, and the historical events involving these things.

Very interesting to understand the evolution of European population and the differences between them today.
