This book will not cure things but the author does an excellent job of providing new information and some exercises that certainly gave me a bit of a new perspective on how to manage the way I think. The chapter is like a lesson, and at the end of the chapter, she mentions that we have to be grateful or every morning have to do our positive affirmations and have faith that we can do good. And as I was listening to this book, I kept thinking. As Muslims, Allah wants us to be grateful, remember Him as a positive hope from Allah, and keep believing in Him. His book and His messengers and the unseen. Ever since, every time I remember, I keep thanking Allah. I think Allah showed me a layout of how to deal with life issues through this book.
