The QAnon conspiracy theory has ruined lives, torn apart families, and led people to attack the Capitol on January 6th 2021. The supposed leader of this movement, known only as Q, made posts on the internet that his followers claim were insider information from the highest levels of our government. Exposing Q will show you that Q's messages were little more than a poorly written bit of fiction that snowballed into an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory filled with failed predictions, lies, and some of the dumbest things you've ever seen. Exposing Q will make it clear to anyone that Q was little more than an internet troll who managed to build an audience by lying to his readers about Donald Trump saving the world by jailing or executing all the liberals they hated.
A lot of history in an easy to read package. I like how the author is clear and logical while discussing the ridiculous and dangerous. It's the only tactic to use, they point out, which is this advice.
Could use a copy editor but since this isn't the Olympics I gave five stars. Did not impede me appreciating the book.
