Sherryl grew up in San Diego, California the youngest of three. She began making up stories as a teenager.
Working for the State of California at the Department of Justice taught her the inner workings of law enforcement. Her first stories centered around law enforcement situations. She married her husband and had two children. She continued writing and attempted to be published. When an agent returned her submission for the third time she gave up.
Always the romantic, the stories came with a vengeance after marrying her wife. Her biggest fan, (other than her mother) her wife, Tirzah, decided these needed to be published. First self-published then contacted by a publisher this is a dream come true for Sherryl.

Endless Outbreak was a great way for die hard WeHo fans to catch up with Every. Single. Character. Kudos to Hancock for keeping everyone "straight". I almost didn't read this one due to the content in the story, but I'm happy I did. The beginning had me reuniting with my favourite couple, Quinn & Xandy, while they were overseas being rock stars and badass protectors. I would love a short or novella type story just centered around them and their everyday lives. Toss in a hot, steamy scene and I'll be first in line ;) I admit that I forgot certain characters and found myself confused as to who was who. The Originals, as I call them, the first ten-twelve books in the series I can keep track, but after that, things become muddled and fuzzy, but I was still happy to see everybody. There were moments where Hancock had us with bated breaths as to whether death was approaching or not. I was confident Hancock wouldn't do that to us fans, but authors have been known to go off the rails. (I have no experience with that). I even chuckled, even though it was no laughing matter, during Remi's debacle and her fighting and making threats while she was sedated.

Hancock wrapped this story up with a pretty bow and left everyone feeling satisfied. I highly recommend you read this entire series before you read this one, otherwise you'll be lost.

Fan but wanting....

Still waiting for African American characters....
I have posted on your reviews in the past. Surely you can imagine at least ONE Black character to add to your group. You have South American, Afghani, Samoan, Hawaiian and Mexican. Surely you have met at least one Black person in California who impressed you as able and competent as a medical, military or LEO personnel? I find that hard to believe. I really do enjoy your books, but my disappointment and feelings of rejection as a Black Gay Woman continue to mount. I have many friends who would DEFINITELY enjoy your books, but would feel, as I do, that your exclusionary writing is purposeful. Again, I am greatly disappointed.

I love the WeHo Series!!!!!

This series I have loved and always looked forward to reading each new one, since the first one in 2017.

"When Love Wins" has always been my favorite and the one I identify with the most. I am retired Air Force and serverd during DADT.

I will admit, I often had to pull up the books in my Amazon list to help me identify all the characters and couples who have been introduced during this 22 book series 😉

Good read, enjoyable.

I enjoyed the book and found I couldn't stop reading wanting to know how they were all doing. I really felt for Fin and Midnight they did amazing. A few grammar errors and the last paragraph was highlighted for me but overall a good book and I am more then happy to read a new book in this series.

The end

The end of an amazing must read series by Sherryl Hancock. It brings almost everyone together in the end and shows the struggles we have faced these past two years. I truly enjoyed the series. Looking forward to more by this author.

As Always

As always, Sherry Hancock delivers an entertaining story about the WeHo gang! It was so good to catch up with them all. I can only hope that she's willing to continue writing about all their lives and loves! Can't get enough of them all. Well done!

It was nice to read up on so many great characters that I had forgotten. Liked that the author was able to incorporate current times to the tragedy that is this pandemic. I can only hope that we can also live the beautiful moments in the mist of chaos.

Needs work!!

I liked the story having updates on all the characters presented throughout the series. I HATED the unbelievable amount of typos. Finley became Finely several times. Words were left out leaving me to guess what was meant. Please clean it up.

Very good read

This is a very realistic view of the covid19 the scary part. The fear and how the country is divided. The best part of the book is hope and the realization that there are still good people who care. Thanks for another winner

Let down book

I loved this series until this book. I see trying to keep it with today’s events but took it as a political read. I could’ve cared less about the politics but it didn’t have the passion the other books had.

Mask up and get vaxxed! (Spoilers without spoilers- I think)

I loved how I finally get to read a story about people whom I love actually have to live the nightmare of the last 2 years. I got scared a couple of times about a couple of my favorites; especially the first 2. I was not expecting Christmas. I laughed during the first half because not one character mentioned a55h@t by name. I wish that had been maintained the entire time. In a way, this book represented my 2020 and 2021 pretty closely with my family members and friends (I live in redneck country- thus idiots) and fires. Scary couple of years and this story pretty accurately covered it.
