Yes, this book has autobiographical components, but the main purpose of the book is to expose the reader to our industry’s opportunities and to encourage them to dream about what’s achievable in commercial real estate. The author has mentored CRE entrepreneurs in a dozen states who either seek to start their own firm, or are searching for ways to expand and scale their businesses. No, this is not a “how-to” book, but it will allow the reader to get a glimpse into what can be achieved in our great CRE industry. Sincerely, the Author
