GAH DAMN THIS WAS SO GOOD!!!

I absolutely love Mira Ong Chua's work - Road Queen was one of my top favorites a few years ago. I'm learning now that she is the best sapphic author/artist out there, because every couple she writes just slays me. Velvet and Bunny are so freaking cute together...and this gets SUPER sexy. Plot-wise, it's rather light, as it's a collection of short stories along with some quick bonus chapters at the end. But it's too fun, and I highly recommend for anyone looking for some silly, adorable, steamy lesbian adventures.

Allergic to everybody but you~

All Bunny wants is a normal life in college, and what's more normal than giving back as part of an annual blood drive? Well, being a living blood bag for a vampire isn't quite what Bunny had in mind. But when she meets and falls for the debonair vampire Velvet, her world gets turned upside down, in the best ways possible! In this collection of stories of Bunny and Velvet relationship, all kinds of characters stir up trouble for them, including a vampire hunter best friend, a playboy prince from beyond the deep, and a mansion full of queer vampires! All leading to a life altering decision for our girls...

At first it was hard to get into the emotions of the couple with how quick the couple jumped from just meeting to a loving relationship, but by the end of the second story things evened out and it was easy to get into the intense, passionate, and humor filled moments.

While the main couple was great, I do wish we could've seen more of Velvet's roommates and Anny, the vampire hunter, they were all so vibrant, I hope one day they may get a story collection too. Maybe even a polyam relationship between Anny and all the vampire roommates. (hint hint.)

The art was wonderful, simple yet detailed, a pleasure for the eyes. I loved that every character wasn't a stereotypical body size or type, everyone had their own unique appearance and all weren't a size 2, like some series. And best yet the female lead, the main character, Bunny, was a bit on the heavier side and portrayed as the sexy beauty she was, as someone a bit on the heavier side, that was a wonderful thing to see.

While I wish there was more of Bunny and Velvet, I fully intend on checking out other works by Mira Ong Chua, she's definitely a author/artist I won't be forgetting any time soon!

Super sexy and hilarious. Filled with absolutely adorable characters and moments. Loved the art but that's no surprise with how much I loved the art for Roadqueen. Also loved the addition of slayers and underwater monsters. It really added to the story and made for some funny moments. Velvet and Bunny individually and as a couple are perfect. The other vampires are just as wonderful as the main two and I would easily follow some of them more as well. I just wish there was more and it would go on forever. I would follow these queer vampires anywhere. New favorite author for sure.

Discovered this through one shot manga recommendations on Youtube, and I love it. I would greatly enjoy more from Velvet and Bunny, but this collection of short chapters is super cute. Its a sapphic, vampire romance, so it does borderline a mature read... but Bunny is so bubbly, it makes some of the stories hilarious, and I was laughing so much. I do think you can only get this through the author's site, but I do highly recommend it! Plus it makes me want to look into more of the author's work.

I'm a massive fan of Mira Ong Chua's work, so obviously I backed this project on Kickstarter. Needless to say, it's a really fun (and really gay) time, with a lot of goofy twists and turns. I don't think I enjoyed this as much as I enjoyed Road Queen and Battle Princess Peony (by the same author), but it's still excellent.

3.5, rounded up

A very cute and funny set of stories about Velvet & Bunny. I do wish there was a little bit more of actual plot going on, but otherwise it's still very enjoyable. The character designs are nice and fun, and the dialogue is adorably cheesy at times. Definitely something to read as a pick-me-up book!

A very fun read! Sometimes the writing felt a little too cliche or just not fully thought out. Bunny and Velvet said they discussed turning Bunny into a vampire a lot but she didn’t seem to know basic stuff. And why didn’t they wait until after she graduated college?! That part was frustrating; the characters should be smarter than that.

Another one I backed on Kickstarter and I’m so glad I did. It’s so cute and sexy and I love the cute lesbian love. Love the LGBT live between humans and vampires and the humour and amorousness that comes with it.

I read the two standalone Vampire Blood Drives and was so excited when this was announced! This includes a lot more new content than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. And a lot more steamy scenes 👌

Es muy lindo y divertido. Es como una parodia de todos los clichés del mundo de la fantasía/anime/vampiros 😂😂😂 incluso se resbaló con una cáscara de banana 💁🏼‍♀️😂

Además las ilustraciones son preciosas.

I had a good time with this one; do know though that plot wise, it is very light. So don't expect alot going in, especially world building wise. All that to say that this is a collection of fun shenanigans/sexy stories about Bunny and her vampire lover haha!
