But when Aoife discovers a young boy, Billy, fleeing a ruthless gang of marauders, she realises she must help him to shelter, no matter what.

But as she tries to seek out somewhere safe for this boy, she soon realises her vicious enemies will stop at nothing in her greatest, deadliest, and most personal challenge yet.

Loved the series.

Can't wait for the next book, great characters. Hope Alice finds some lasting happiness.
The only negative I have, is the book face shows the girl with a German Shepherd and the dog in the book is a Rottweiler.

Too short

Felt more like a novella but it was fairly fast paced with a couple of twists and turns. I liked it.
