Boss : Thriller

by Amit Khan

I like reading Amit Khan books and the concept of this book hooked me.

Everyone dreams to be someone big and influential in life but sometimes unexpected things happen. This is what happened in the life of Deodhar who was an ordinary man dreaming of becoming a teacher. But due to the prevailing poor economic conditions in Punjab, he shifted his base to Mumbai - the economic capital of India.

But unexpected things happen and he becomes the don of the underworld and one of the most powerful person in Mumbai.

How did an ordinary person become a Don ?

The plot was very gripping and intriguing. The suspense and the plot twists and turns gave me lot of insights into the working of the underworld and also the lives of ordinary people.

A great book by the author and the language is easy to read. Must read.
