After arriving on an alien planet, a human astronaut, nicknamed Nuke, attempts to bring two alien cultures together but instead brings them to the brink of civil war and his own demise.
Nuke furiously works with leaders on two alien planets, Sharab and Ramah, to unite their differences, but finds these alien cultures have become intertwined and codependent. Every step he takes seems to lead toward a schism rather than to a uniting of these two worlds. Will he be able to help them come together and prepare for Erabon’s return, their deity? Or will his actions lead them instead to the destruction and collapse of their two civilizations?
Sharab is the second book of a unique Christian science fiction series entitled Erabon Prophecy Trilogy by futuristic fiction author Randy C Dockens. If you enjoy the metaphorical imagery technique used by the great C.S. Lewis in several of his writings, then you will enjoy this series as well. Also, the romantic interests between Nuke and the female Myeemian who he has met continues and offers a romantic read amid the attempts to unite these alien cultures as Nuke realizes his return to his own solar system through the interstellar gate is remote.

I grew up in the south, but have lived north of the Mason-Dixon line for many years now. It seems funny now, but growing up I was told I talked like a Yankee, but after moving north, I am told I talk like a Southerner. Go figure! Science has always been an interest of mine, as well as the Bible, and both have shaped my perspective on just about everything. Yet, I think I have always had a creative side, too. It's just taken longer for it to surface through all the science, I guess.
I have a doctorate in both pharmacokinetics (mathematical description of drug concentratons in the body) and in Biblical prophecy. I want people to understand that both science and faith can exist together, and, in fact, go hand in hand. I believe our future will be a positive one and be scientifically advanced where technology itself will become a way one can offer up worship. I like for my books to be both fun to read and have a strong scientific bent to them. I, with my wife and kids, live outside Philadelphia in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Sharab is the second book in the Erabon Prophecy Trilogy and more or less picks up where Myeem left off when astronaut Nuke from planet Earth went through a gateway to another universe. Nuke has no idea where he is or if he will ever see his home or his friends again.
The people on Myeem believe Nuke to be their messiah. Nuke isn’t so sure about this one but he is just trying to get along with his fellow roommates so to speak and doesn’t want to upset the boat kind of thing so he just kind of goes along with it.
The new people have explained to Nuke about the other six planets in their solar system. About how they used to be friends but no longer are. They believe that Nuke has returned to reunite the planets.
Nuke is sent to one of the other planets to try to reunite the planets once again. Upon his arrival, he sees an old friend from his homeworld. After a little reminiscing, they continue their journey but on the way being chased by a big beast or animal which is in actuality only a baby. Only a baby then how big are the adults? Whoa.
I am thoroughly enjoying reading the Erabon Prophecy Trilogy. I love the world that has been created. My favorite parts are when they are flying through space and building the gateways to other worlds. Oh man, this would be something to see on the big screen. Wouldn’t it? That would be so amazing. I can already see it in my mind and seeing it on the big screen would just make it that much more enjoyable and exciting. Oh and let’s not forget about the animals.
This time around with Sharab I was reminded of Jurassic Park. Sharab is like Star Trek and Jurassic Park coming together as one. Which reminds me, that is exactly what Nuke is trying to do with the people on both planets. He is trying to help them become one. He is trying to get them to be friends again and work together.
Can Nuke and his friends reunite the planets? Or will they be eaten by the baby animal that is chasing them? What about the baby's mother? Where is she? Can they save the planets? Can they save themselves?
