Poor Gage. He was having such a hard time balancing his home and work life. That poor baby was being pulled in fifty different directions trying to make everyone happy. He was coming home late, showing up late to appointments, not being present when he was there, and the Coup de grâce, missing Valentine's Day when he promised Aisha he wouldn't. After that, she almost told Gage, "eff him and this wedding." But, Big Brother Tae came in with the sage advice and had to explain to Aisha Gage's behavior wasn't malicious. He's just trying to figure out how to please everyone. After a much needed conversation with his dad, Gage decided to take a step back from everything and make his relationship with Aisha his top priority. Once again, communication seemed to be their problem but, they finally got it together. I was happy when Gage didn't just listen to Aisha but, he actually heard what she'd been saying the entire book and gave her what she'd been asking for. These two will be perfectly okay if they would just learn to communicate better. Now, how long do we have to wait for Brenna and Tae's story? They clearly have unfinished business and I need the tea on Tae's crazy azz baby mama.

Gage had me worried for a minute. I know he was trying but he was taking Aisha through the ringer. He didnt let me down though. This was a beautiful end to their story!

Cute!
It was nice to read an update on the couple. Not all surprising to me they struggled, since everything was moving towards an uptick in the previous book. I understood both sides of their issue, thankfully their support system was top notch.
Now… on to the story I’ve been dying to read Tae and Bre. Because Tay really threw me off with this surprise baby. I read that like… wait, Tia?! Who is that?
So yep- can’t wait!

August 5, 2025i didn’t hate this at all it was quite entertaining but i hated gage so much. he did absolutely nothing to prove that he deserved aisha and i hated that for her. she really didn’t have support bc while gage was doing her wrong her brother and best friend was team gage. and his vows??? made me sick yuck

I dont think a wedding follow up book stressed me more then this one! 😩😩My goodness Aisha! 🤦🏾♀️Gage can’t fart without Aisha thinking he gonna mess that up! 😂 Well thank goodness they made it. I overall enjoyed their story. They just stressed me.

He who finds a wife....
It is stated in Proverbs 18:22 that, "whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtained favour of the Lord." Gage most definitely found a good woman in Aisha. She was his rib in human form. She stuck by him through the thick and thin, along with being in love with him since she was fourteen years old. Ms. Mo'Nae I love how you displayed real issues leading up to the nuptials. I am also glad that once Aisha put her foot down and spoke her truth Gage listened. He recognized and realized what he had with her that he wasn't willing to lose. He also acknowledged that his time management skills needed to be regulated. His father dropping priceless gems was Gage's motivation to get back on track. He worked on his weaknesses and made them strengths.
I am a sucker for babies, engagements, weddings pretty much all things pertaining to love. Ms. Mo'Nae expressed all of those in this book. The happily ever after always hits differently when you have a vivid vision of the wedding. You will appreciate this book after you read, "Can't Help but Love You," so I advise you to get into them both. You will be glad you did.
P.S. I would love to read more on Tae and Brenna.

Fight to the end
This was a lot. I like that Gage is becoming better and is trying to please everyone, yet he's dropping the ball big time with Aisha and even their daughter, Bailey. I get that he was just trying to figure it all out, yet once Aisha said she was done, I was sure he'd come home to an empty house.
I love that Aisha is being super woman, yet she was doing way too much to be so far along in her pregnancy. I love that she's trying hard to maintain a connection with Gage, yet I feel like she wasn't fully communicating and that's where a lot of the issues were. Once she truly sat him down and let him know how she was feeling, did he understand how deeply unhappy she was with things.
The surprise that Gage had for Aisha made up for all his mishaps. That was such a great way to let her know he heard her and that their family would come first.
This was a great special and I'm eager to see how things go with Tae, his possible baby mama and new baby and Brenna.

Cute Wedding Story!!
Gabe said he wasn't losing the love of his life. He plan the perfect destination wedding. He knows he missed Valentine's day, so he had to do something big. Aisha isn't necessarily whining, but she didn't have to go through this because Gabe didn't know about Bailey and she wasn't in the spot light like Tae said. Gabe had to delegate his projects to Chris. West, Elijah and Tae are pressuring Gabe to have strippers at his party. Tae and Brenna got some unfinished business. Tia is going to be the baby mama from he if Tae and Brenna start back talking. Brenna business is taking off. Adrianna needs to go play in traffic. She's salty because Gabe didn't choose her. Their little family is complete

Aisha Is Nerve Wrecking!!!
I know it’s probably just me but all Aisha does is whine and complain. I didn’t like her in the previous book and I still don’t like her. As far as I’m concerned, she has some serious character flaws. It’s funny how Ms. Mon’Nae justified her not telling Gage about his daughter in book one and then continued that same justification in this book. Right is right and wrong is wrong. As far as I’m concerned she doesn’t even deserve a second chance with Gage. Then to act all stank with the man who is trying to rebuild his life is just wrong with her ole melodramatic self.

Beautiful 💙
It was a little to get here but we did. Gage had some much on his plate, with trying to rebrand himself. He was trying to make everyone else happy, that he was forgetting about himself. Aisha had every right to feel like things were no longer special for just the two of them and she wasn’t used to all the fame and spotlight. But again she was being a bit dramatic and should’ve talked everything out with Gage. The surprise vacation away was exactly what they needed and the surprise was even better. I’m so happy for them and they deserved it!!! Now Tae and Brenna is another story lol.

Wedding 💒 Special
I don’t remember Aisha being so whiny last time but I literally felt her frustration with the Wedding Special. I wanted to say baby girl we too grown to do stuff we do t really want to do. Then Gage had the worst excuses. It was clear he didn’t have a work life balance so her frustrations were warranted. With all of that, the love between them was even more apparent as they approached their special day. But would the love be enough to overcome their vast differences?

Wedding blues!
Really good read. Aisha and Gage were really going through it with this wedding. I wanted to body slam Marci, the wedding planner for the special, and the ex girlfriend who felt the need to make negative comments on the social media posts. Gage finally got it together and became the man that he needed to be for his family and gave Aisha the wedding of her dreams. The story was well written and flowed well. The character development of Aisha and Gage was fantastic.

Gage kept messing up but finally got it together. I know Aisha loved him too much to walk away so I knew the happy ending was coming and it was beautiful. Loved the mention of Ayame and Austin they were another one of my favorite couples ❤️

Perfect ending
This was the perfect end to the love story of Aisha and Gage. I’m glad Gage pulled it together, he definitely was dropping the ball. But like always he comes through in the clutch. Much props to a very pregnant Aisha for putting up with Gage, it was worth it in the end.

Love It
This book was beautiful. Aisha and Gage finally became husband and wife. It was a little touch and go for a minute. I am glad Gage realize he had to get his priorities straight. Their intimate wedding was beautiful. Very good book. Hopefully the next book is about Tae and Brenna.

I loved this lil quick update of Gage and Aisha! Surround yourself with the people who have your best interests so when things get hard they can held you realign. Gage definitely stretched himself thin but he got it together before it was too late. Aisha was tireddddd and I loved her evolution. Gone are the days where anything goes, and just being ok with that.

For a minute Gage had me worried that it wasn’t going to be a wedding with how he kept missing key life events because he wasn’t managing his time wisely or not engaged one hundred percent when he did show up. I was glad when he got it together and actually gave Aisha the wedding that she wanted.

Whew!!!!
Where do I begin lol.... I was ready to throw hands through this book. From Marci , the other wedding planner and GAGE!!! He was fumbling the ball at every other turn and was pissing me OFF.. But he finally got it together and I loved every moment of IT!!!

Changes
The storyline was spectacular. I was happy to see the growth in Gage. Aisha almost lost herself again, but she recovered.

Amazing Read

So exhausting.

I love how we were able to see Gage and Aisha’s wedding! There was some plot twist which kept the story going, but I was super happy to see it came with l a happily ever after ending. Loved all the characters from this story.
