Recommendations that go against science
The author made some suggestions that I know is not supported by scientific research and can even be harmful, such as using a chiropractor. That made me naturally skeptical of all the recommendations, though others do seem to be from trusted sources.

A short, easy to read book for first time parents. I found certain aspects very helpful.
