From USA Today bestselling author Rochelle Paige comes an age-gap, fish-out-of-water, small-town romance about finding love and family where you least expect.
Olympic speed skater Vienna Frost left the big city behind—along with her mother and sister. Desperate for a change of pace, she bought a house sight unseen in a small town she’d never been to.
Vienna didn’t know anyone in Mooreville except her real estate broker, Dean Moore. But his emails didn’t tell her how sexy he was. Or the instant attraction she’d feel when they finally met.
Dean had one rule: never mix business with pleasure.
Until Vienna skated into his life, with walls built around her icy heart.
All of a sudden, all the rules flew out the window.
Because nothing would stop Dean from making her his.
He just needed to convince Vienna to slow down long enough to fall in love with him.
I absolutely adore reading - always have and always will. My friends growing up used to tease me when I would trail after them, trying to read and walk at the same time. If I have downtime, odds are you will find me reading or writing.
I am the mother of two wonderful sons who have inspired me to chase my dream of being an author. I want them to learn from me that you can live your dream as long as you are willing to work for it.
When I told my mom that my new year's resolution was to self-publish a book in 2013, she pretty much told me "About time!"
This author has a way of telling a really good story with great characters and somehow brings the dirty, heat we all want without it being trashy! She tells stories that could be about anyone you know that meets and falls in love and is equally blessed to have fantastic sex! These stories are set in small-town Mooresville that make you want to live where neighbors look after one another, everyone sadly knows everything about you and when in a jam you have 15 people lining up to help! Kindness, manners and respect for a stranger or friend is what I think attracts me the most to these books (sexy times don't hurt😉) but seriously in today's world wouldn't it be nice to live in a place that offers peace, safety love and contentment?!? I know I would!✌
There’s nothing cold about these two, Dean and Vienna will be thawing out more than the ice!
Viennas arrival to Moorefield is a chance to start fresh, away from her domineering mother and sister who’ve coasted along on her fame and fortune. It’s a new life and a chance to start fresh. What she didn’t expect was Dean, he’s older, sexy and her broker.
It’s a case of instant attraction for these two, and the chemistry is smoking hot!
No cheating, minimal drama and a guaranteed happily ever after.
Vienna Foster, is an olympic gold medalist. She leaves the big city behind as well as an overbearing mother and sister and goes to Mooreville in the hopes of finding some peace and quiet.
For weeks she is in contact with only one person from her new home town and that's real estate agent Dean Moore.
Dean Moore, NEVER mixes his professional life with his personal one, but that goes out of the window when he comes face to face with Mooreville's newest resident and his client Vienna.
Vienna and Dean, both set these pages on fire, with steamy as hell moments, some romantic dates, and family drama. This was one hell of a page turner.
Dean & Vienna are great!! I highly enjoyed their personalities separately & as a couple! We also get some great Moore family scenes, and I loved catching up with Baxter, Skylar, & Simon.
This story has all the fun! We get banter & steam ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥, family & friendships & outside-of-the-relationship drama. There might also be a cameo by a familiar face for fans of another series by this author... 😉
A well crafted story that I once again thoroughly enjoyed!!
Wow!! Hot, steamy, and sexy!! I loved this book. If this is the start of a series, since Dean has brothers and bunches of cousins, then...SIGN. ME. UP!!
I absolutely loved Dean and Vienna. The moment that Dean seen Vienna, he was all in and no turning back. He really stole my heart the way he was there for her with all the drama going on in her life. He showed her what family was all about!! Safe read Neither virgins but now mh No om/ow drama Epilogue 8 months out. I wanted more and wished the epilogue was longer out.
Dean's not really about mixing his business life with his personal life, but when a gorgeous ice skater dances her way into his life, he knows it's one rule to be broken. But, first he'll have to convince Vienna that they're meant to be, that he's going to be there for her through thick and thin.
Vienna had to get away from her mother and sister, take a breather and get her life back on track. Moving to a small town seemed to be the perfect way to do so. She wasn't expecting for her real estate agent to be gorgeous, sweet, and intent on claiming her as his. But how can she get into something with Dean when she can't even claim her life as her own? When her users of a family won't let her be?
This a sweet, sexy, low on angst and drama romance. Dean did not know what hit him when he came face to face with his client the first time. Vienna may have resisted giving in but didn't stand a chance of resisting permanently. I'm not sure what's next for this small town, but whoever falls in love next, I will be the first to read!

My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.
Vienna is an Olympic speed skater and a social influencer, her mother and sister have made a career out of living off her money. They have taken over every part of her life. Needing a break she sneaks away from Chicago to Mooresville, IN, they would never think to look for her in a small town. She takes their names off all her accounts and buys a house in town with a horse riding ring which she plans to turn into a synthetic speed skating ring so she can continue to practice. She corresponds with Dean Moore a member of the town founding family and real estate broker. Dean is curious about Vienna and can’t wait to meet her. When they do their chemistry is hot. Dean doesn’t mix business and pleasure but in Vienna’s case he makes an exception. They date and get to know one another, they enjoy each other and do all the fun dating things Vienna missed out on. Their sexy times are sweet, steamy, and plentiful. Vienna gets to know the townspeople and everyone likes her. She’s making friends and doing regular stuff and she loves it all. The only wrinkle is her mom and sister. They don’t like that the gravy train has stopped. Her mom petitions the courts to take over for her citing that she is mentally unstable and unable to handle her own finances. Dean’s cousin, Ryland is a lawyer and represents her in court. Her mom has an ambulance chaser as a lawyer. The day of the hearing many of the towns folks show up to show there support, this touches Vienna very much. Vienna wins the case and her mom and sister are bitter and angry even though Vienna was very generous with them. Epilogue with a proposal. Really enjoyed seeing Vienna bloom once she was away from her nasty money hungry mom and sister. I liked how sweet Dean was to her.

Completely safe story, no cheating or silly behavior. Olympic gold medalist and still competitive h Vienna has moved to Mooreville to take some time after the death of her father. Her mother and sister previously had taken over her career and control of her money (pretty much living off the h).
She leaves them a letter asking them to give her a month and letting them know she is taking back control of her finances (her mother had power of attorney and managed her money and her sister controlled all her social media and marketing.) Didn't appear they were mismanaging anything but her mother was controlling and insisting on running the show and to them she was just a meal ticket. (Later in the story she reveals to the H that her parents were divorced, she was close to her father).
Before leaving she made sure all the bills were paid (and they both worked for her and drew salary as employees) Of course this enrages them. H is a realtor (Dean) from the small town she settles in.
Instant attraction but no high drama. The couple were sweet but he was not over the top and they don't fight their attraction. I do like to have intense attraction and love scenes but no complaints, they were sexy together. He was jealous and possessive of her but definitely not OTT.
The drama with her family could have been foregone and maybe more about them and their relationship, her background. I enjoyed the side characters and the story.
The mom and sister were a little cartoon-villiany but no complaints, it's a worthy read.
Baxter & Skylar from Ready for More and Tamara & Ryan from her Bachelorette Party series make appearances.
Wanting to be independent of her mother and sister, both motivated by greed.
To her mother::: “The process server hand-delivered it to me today.” She sighed. “I’m sorry it’s come to this, Vienna. But I think it would be best if we left matters as they are until the hearing.” “Like how you honored my wishes when I asked you to give me one month to myself?” “You’re delusional if you think the two situations are at all similar,” she hissed, going into gaslighting mode. “You were being selfish and only thinking of yourself while I’m doing this for your own good.” “Sure you are, Mom. Keep telling yourself that, and maybe eventually you’ll even believe it. I’ll just say this, and then I’ll do as you ask and wait until the hearing.” “What is it?” she snapped. “There’s no coming back from this. What you’ve done cannot be undone. When this is all over and the judge sees through your worried mother act—as I should have done years ago when I could have taken Dad up on one of his many offers to move in with him—you and Nadia will no longer be employed by my company. The money train is gone, and you’re going to need to find another way to support yourselves because it’s no longer my problem. You all aren’t a part of my life anymore. When I get married, you won’t be involved in planning the wedding. Heck, you won’t even be invited. And when I have children of my own, they’ll only have one set of grandparents because Dad is dead, and they won’t know you. Congratulations on killing the love I had for you.” “How dare—” Not caring about anything else she wanted to tell me when her actions said it all, I disconnected the call and set my phone on the end table.

Vienna and Dean meet when she contracts him to buy a house site unseen. She is trying to get away from a toxic family situation. Dean sees Vienna’s picture and he’s the typical Paige OTT hero, but since she is a client, he is unsure of whether or not he should act on those feelings. Vienna is an Olympic speed skater whose life is under the microscope of social media. Not entirely of her doing.
But he doesn’t falter long in those indecisions. And once Vienna’s issues come to light, he does everything he can to show her that he is there for her in every moment. Dean does not back down and adapts his life to fit hers without question, but that isn’t to say that she doesn’t adapt and change as well because she does. It was great to check back in with Skylar and Baxter and I am excited to see where the rest of the Moore’s take us.
POV: Dual 1st Person PoP: 34% Tropes: Small Town; Instant Connection; Heroine Athlete; Heroine in Hiding Series: Mooreville book 2 Type of Series: Series of Standalones
Age Gap , Second chance , small town and Sports , so many of my very favorite tropes wrapped up In a storyline that is guaranteed to grab onto all your emotions so tightly and pull you right in . Can’t Take Moore is the first book that I have read by Rochelle Paige and I can say with certainty it most definitely will not be my last . I was just so taken with both Vienna and Deans characters pretty much from the get go and I definitely was not prepared for all the emotions their journey would stir in me , it’s truly a emotional rollercoaster in every sense of the word . Angsty , intriguing, emotional, humor , witty banter , Second chances, off the charts chemistry, unexpected surprises, family , love , friendships, drama, unforgettable and unputdownable. Can’t take Moore has it all and more .
Needing to take a break from her high-profile life Vienna devises a plan to escape the pressure and her family. She found the perfect place so even though she hasn’t seen the house she knows it is perfect and once she arrives for the first time in her life she feels accepted for who she is and not for what she could do for them.
Dean wasn’t certain about a woman who was willing to buy a home she hasn’t seen in a town she doesn’t know but once she arrives the sparks fly. He knows that they belong together and isn’t about to let anyone or anything stand in their way.
Dean was swoony as he and his family embraced Vienna and gave her the support and love that she deserved.
Sweet and Moore! Vienna is looking for a place where she can regroup and figure out her life . She ends up in Smalltown Mooreville. Vienna is a Olympic speed skater which is new for me to see in a heroine. She seemed strong and wanting to find her independence. Her Real Estate agent Dean meets Vienna and is smitten from the start. This story was no drama between these two so it was just genuine relationship. Dean has a funny family which was nice to see. You will see the family drama on Vienna side that made me feel bad for her. Overall sweet with a bit of sexy sexy and it was a cute story.
3.5 stars given a arc in exchange for a honest review.
I looooved Ready for Moore so much so I was excited to know that Dean was getting his own story. I absolutely adored Vienna and Dean. They were seriously a match made in book heaven. Dean is swing and alpha and very protective of Vienna. Vienna is this ray of sunshine that you can’t help but bask in her light.
Their story had some family drama and I definitely wanted to throat punch her mom and sister more than once but in the end Family is about more than DNA and blood. It’s the family you choose that is the most important.
This was a sweet one. Dean was adorable and funny. I loved how he was almost prim and proper. Poor Vienna, her personal life was a mess. I felt like she was portrayed much older than 22 and struggled to remember she was that young, she felt older. These two were fantastic together, no drama with them but we get a LOT with her family. Dean's was supportive and just as adorable as he is. Good, quick read for me.
This is the first book I've read by the author and now I wondered why I never pick up her books. I really enjoyed Dean and Vienna's story. It's really sweet, fun and all-around enjoyable. I absolutely loved Dean's character. He's just so sweet, funny and swoony. I loved the moment they met, sparks immediately fly. He was all-in right there and then. Like it's a no brainer. And the side characters, all the Moores bring in all the extra fun. I enjoyed their story.
I love Mooreville! What an amazing story. The way they met, their actual in-person meeting, the family drama, the Mooreville community. So much good. And the connection to Ryan and Tamara! I love how that was slipped on! I highly recommend this book! Must read! Looking forward to Ryland’s book next!
Another HEA in Mooreville! We get Dean and Vienna’s story. Their meet cute is through emails when Vienna hires Dean to buy a house in Mooreville. The instant attraction between the two is undeniably hot. The story is a fairly easy quick read and will have you hooked into the Moore family.
Cute story about an Olympic skater and a real estate agent. Vienna's mom was awful!!! She only cared about money and would do anything to get it. Luckily Vienna moved to Mooreville and met the people who would become her family. Good story.
Can’t wait for more on the family moores and let some girls be born into the family that would be awesome. Loved that the skater was not the normal figure skater but a female fast skater Olympic Gold just like Rochelle Paige
Wow this book was just as good as Baxter and Skylar story. Vienna and Dean were made for each. So glad he was by her side as she finally stood up to her Mom and Sister. Can't wait to read the next Moore book which I'm sure will be as good as the previous two!
I can definitely go for some MOORE, pun intended!!!! Loving this big family. Dean and his Princess were adorable. No games, they communicated their feelings. Loved it
I asked for Moore, and this one certainly delivered. I love the support that Dean’s family automatically gave Vienna. (Her mom and sister need to be frozen over). Great story and as always, I’m excited for Moore.
