Exiled
The news reports that people are popping up all over the world with abilities. Almost like magic. Scientists are saying they have discovered a new gene carried by a small portion of the population. They have named it the Demonic Genome. Bad things are happening around people with the gene resulting in the government putting together a special task force.
My name is Selena Night and I have the D gene. Society says anyone with the gene is a bad person who WILL do bad things. I’ve been rounded up with eleven other individuals who possess the gene. They say we can’t be trusted around normal people. They say they have somewhere to send us. It's not accessible by car, or plane, or train, or boat. It’s not even in our world.
I can’t help but wonder what the future has in store for us all.

Couldn't put down
I have read this wonderful book twice so far. I loved it so much I couldn't put it down. The first time I read it for myself. The next time I shared it with my boys.
